Muchos me preguntan...¿como puedo hacer los espárragos? y es sumamente fácil...
1.- lávalos y córtales el tallo.
2.-coloca una plancha o sartén en la hornilla, rociado de aceite a fuego medio-bajo, cuando este bien caliente, coloca los espárragos.
3.-vuelta y vuelta hasta dorar. 👀tienen que quedar al dente, o sea, duritos, si se te pasan quedarán muy flojos y no son muy buenos así.
4.-para finalizar salpimentamos y si quieres le agregas un pelón de aceite de oliva justo al servir y listo!

Another great b***y workout. i am trying as best as i can to film my workouts and keep up with the videos 💖😊 hope the videos help you! the key is to just do it and not think about it. you know, like breathing. the harder part is actually the eating. however that has become easy for me because i'm literally grossed out by most foods now and no longer want to consume them. like when you hear people say "pizza and squats" or "donuts and deadlifts" it's so contradictory (to me) because i personally feel that dairy and sugar is the main cause of cellulite. you can argue with me all you want but any dimples i had in my b***y i thought i was stuck with have gone away. even a deep one i was a little self conscious about. i thought bc i worked out so hard i could enjoy these "treats" now i think of it as garbage. i'm not a landfill. people say "i don't know how you do it.." or you go to a restaurant and there is nothing to eat. oh well. some people never have anything to eat. when i started living not just for myself but for the planet, you'll whole mindset changes. our food is making us sick and killing us. i literally look around at people in the store and it just makes me so sad. most look out of shape and miserable. i wish i could workout and eat right for everyone, but it's just something you have to do for yourself. anyway, happy to be evolving! 🌱🍑😊come join me on this journey! #bless☝🏽 #bumbabooty#veggiebooty
