Now in the corona crisis, i‘m trying to find new opportunities to create a better me! so i decided to make a 50 days challenge program for the best form i‘ve ever had.
it will be a full body home workout, which includes 2 strong days with a kettlebell training and weighted calisthenics!
the other 2 days i’m going to do calisthenics isometric exercises and my mobility routine.
the remaining days will be for rest and some workouts for my online training!
i’m going to adapt the nutrition to approx. 2,500 calories per day with 35% protein 35% carbs and 30% fat.
i’m starting the journey with 82 kg and approx. 12-13% bodyfat.
my goals after 50 days:
* perform the press to handstand
* decrease the bodyfat nearly to 10%
* more lean mass
* improve my calisthenics skills
let’s use the time properly and create a better us after the epidemic period!
