I have a love hate relationship with the scale. On days it goes down its better than icecream! When it goes up - I think it has lost its mind!

I am learning to celebrate my progress on this journey not only based on what the scale says but with other victories:
-  Saying NO to that second slice of cheesecake.
-  Walking up 3 flights of stairs without being winded.
-  Walking 20 minutess after dinner instead of sitting on the couch/ or immediately falling asleep 😒.
-  Getting up and trying to be a better me EVERY SINGLE DAY!

What non-scale victories do you need to celebrate? This journey is so much more enjoyable when we are our biggest champions.
