#bikinirebel week 5 day 1 complete. today was a little bit easier, which makes me think i need to up my game! #emom for 15 min, 3 exercises, #deadlift#strictpress and #pullups
stuck to #185pounds for my deadlifts for 3 pulls, #85pounds strict press for 3 presses, and 3 unassisted pull-ups.
added in some extra core at the end!
