-1 cucharada de polvo para hornear.

Werbung | Die gute alten Overnight Oats. 😍 Da hatte ich mal wieder so richtig Lust drauf. Dazu die karamellisierten Bananen, die wir so ähnlich auch im Frühstücksworkshop von der lieben Jana @lebens.verliebt gemacht haben, und das Frühstück ist perfekt. 😍👌🏼

Für eine Portion:
➡️ 50g Haferflocken mit 1TL Mohn und 1TL Leinsamen (geschrotet) vermischen. Süße nach Wahl. Ich habe eine Dattel @reishunger sehr klein geschnitten und mit unter gemischt.
➡️ 100ml Milch und 2EL Joghurt dazu geben, gut verrühren und kalt stellen, am besten über Nacht.
➡️ Für die Banane: Banane in Scheiben schneiden. In Ahornsirup tauchen und anschließend in Sesam wenden. Im Ofen oder in der Heißluftfritteuse bei 160 Grad ca 15-20 Minuten karamellisieren lassen. 🤤🤤🤤
➡️ Anrichten und essen. Hielt sich auch super über Nacht im Glas!

A lil banana still-life study in pastels!! 🍌I’ve hardly ever used pastels, so this was a fun experiment! We will be using pastels and gouache soon in my Figure Drawing II course, so I thought I should get a little practice in! ⭐️ I really love pushing and experimenting with colors! So I put in orangey-reds for the dark shadowed parts of the banana, and instead of blues instead of browns for the bananas spots!! (These bananas were a bit past the point of ripe 😂 good for banana bread though!!)

一昨日病院でクスリをもらって、
ようやく回復の兆し…🦔✨

ウイルス性の何かではなく疲れやストレスで血流が悪くなり、
内臓の働きが滞ってるせいではないかと…😢

Ringrazio Lisa @lisa_endodiet per la ricetta dei suoi banana bread cookies, che mi ha permesso di creare poi tutte queste nuove varianti.
Questa è assolutamente una #ricettadasalvare
COSA SERVE
- 250 g di farina di mandorle,
- 3 banane bio mature,
- 50 g di lenticchie rosse cotte (oppure se preferite di fagioli tondini o cannellini)
- un cucchiaio abbondante di cannella,
- 4 datteri grandi e morbidi
- un pizzico di bicarbonato
COME FARE
Schiacciare le banane e i datteri con una forchetta e aggiungere il resto degli ingredienti e mescolare. Ricavare delle palline con un porzionatore di gelato (oppure con un cucchiaio ). Posizionarle su una teglia coperta da carta forno. Schiacciare con un cucchiaio. 
Cuocere in forno statico caldo a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti.
PS: se non vi piacciono le banane al loro posto potete utilizzare circa 300 g di burro di mele.

Bake of today: Banana Bread - glutenvrij!
Op de FB pagina van Sobremesa kwam ik dit glutenvrije bananenbrood tegen. Vandaag aan het bakken geslagen. Beslag wordt gemaakt van amandelmeel, 2 eetlepels kokosmeel , speculaaskruiden, bakpoeder, handje walnoten of pecannoten, 2 bananen en 3 eieren. Het beslag in een ingevet cakeblik en daarop amandelschaafsel. 55 minuten in de oven en de bruiningskuur is klaar! Dit is de eerste keer dat ik bananenbrood maak, eigenlijk  bak ik vaker cakes. En wat missen mijn dochter en ik nu? ....... Suiker,  die verslaving toch.  Dat is dus juist het verschil tussen dit brood én een reguliere cake. Waffles for breakfast... was a bit sceptical about these but wow they tasted amazing. 4.5syns for it all including the @jimjams_spreads and skinny syrup. Jim jam spread 3.5syns for a tbsp and 0.5syns for the skinny syrup. Used 40g oats blended as my HexB, quark, vanilla, baking powder (half a syn for 1 tsp), sweetner and an egg 😍😍. Ingredients:
- 200g oats
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 small mashed banana
- 1 tbsp @sweetfreedomuk cinnamon syrup
- handful of mix seeds (we used sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and dessicated coconut).

Method:
1) In a bowl mash the banana and leave to the side.
2) In a pan combine the oats and milk and add to heat. After a minute or two add the mashed banana, cinnamon syrup, and seeds. Heat until oats are desired consistency. You can always add more liquid if the mixture is too thick.
3) Time to add your toppings and enjoy!
