Coffee usage: ☕️drink the coffee 30 minutes before meal, then drink 1-2 glasses of water 5 minutes after coffee consumption.

☕️you can take the coffee maximum of 3 sachets per day. before breakfast, lunch and dinner. (only if your body is used to coffee)
☕️for first time users, we advise to try 1 sachet a day (before breakfast) or maximum of 2 sachets a day (before breakfast and lunch).
