I don’t know why but i refuse to stop wearing these shorts ... they’ve been with me since the beginning 🤣
left is day 1 of my fitness journey - january 1st, right is today .. 120 lbs and almost 10 months later. clean eating with the @21daymealplan
, consistent exercise .. no special drinks or supplements and the majority of my workouts at home.
tomorrow is monday.. 10 days left in october. i challenge you to set a short term goal! ➡️
mine is to get back on track with my routine after a week all over the place .. (sick household, inconsistent workouts etc.) and really focus in for these last 10 days.
