A conversation i thought to share! what do you think? [11/19, 7:11 pm] elsker: fashion is actually solving the clothing needs of our clients from basics... what's unique about my brand @elsker_couture
if i understand your question properly yeah?
our message is excellence and our promise is to deliver the best at the right price...plus creating a globally relevant brand... not just for nigeria but to meet international standards...so we make sure our clothes are quality and of international standards that can readily compete in the global market.
also we're creating additional value by our blog @elskerblog, with fashion insights and tips...right now we're at the point of retention... our customers enjoy the excellence we deliver with our bespoke services but only limited to suits and have since been clamoring more so we're gradually working to expand our portfolio to meet the "entire fashion need" of our clients.
thus we expanded our portfolio to accommodate natives and with time we'd take on more @elsker_inspired
[11/19, 7:17 pm] elsker: a wide range of fabrics... from local to imported...based on design requirements... to client specification... but must be of good quality [11/19, 8:42 pm] elsker: it's part of the challenges of business. a brand sells it's ready to wear 2piece at 125k, still in business... this is no where near my bespoke piece...imagine how much he'd sell a bespoke piece that's from my angle i'm not alienated to branding.
from a customer's perspective i can buy a 3piece in lagos market, mass produced, imported from china for 25k. the question is do i expect the same tailoring and quality? [11/19, 8:43 pm] elsker: if we all priced based on individual rationale, nobody would be in business... education is key in marketing. [11/19, 8:49 pm] elsker: look at the allied services in place, you're allowed choice of fabrics, tailored for you, your satisfaction at the prime, design informed by ur choices, delivered to you... fam, business is hard...my prayers everyday is that god should send me the right customers that would appreciate and be able to pay for what they're getting...and my marketing objective is to find them.
