Creamy cauliflower fettuccine alfredo. steam 1 cauliflower. roast 6 cloves garlic. in a blender blend blend cauliflower, garlic, a cup of nut milk, 2 tsp each granulated garlic and onion powder, 2 t nutritional yeast, a squeeze of lemon juice, 1 t olive oil (optional) salt to taste. pour into saucepan to heat. add veg stock if sauce is too thick. add cooked noodles and parsley. we love this one!
