1.Grasas Saturadas: las podemos encontrar en la mantequilla, chocolates, manteca, y productos cárnicos. Según un estudio de la Asociación Británica de Dietetica, asegura que la mayoría de las personas consumen un 20% por encima del recomendado que es un 30gr por día para hombres y 20gr para la mujer. Esta grasa ayuda al incremento de colesterol malo (de lipoproteina de baja intensidad) lo que traduce a problemas cardiovascular. 
2. Grasas Trans: estos los podemos encontrar de manera natural en los productos lácteos y se forman a partir de la hodrogenizacion de la grasa, es decir, cuando transforman el aceite en grasa sólida para incrementar la vida útil de los alimentos. Así que los podemos encontrar en su mayoría en los productos industrializados como margarinas, bollería,  papas fritas, galletas, etc. Si todo lo sabroso pero al igual que las saturadas afecta de manera negativa al organismo.

3. Insaturadas: estos son los tipos buenos de la pelicula, los encontramos en pescados, frutos secos y semillas y frutas y vegetales. Estos ayudan a combatir el colesterol malo en la sangre y aumenta el bueno.

Goals are within reach if youd rather die than fail. Its as simple as that. Everyone sugar coats the plain truth to not hurt feelings but in reality your letting someone fail by not pushing someone. If your over weight its your own fault, if your skin an bones its your own fault. Everyone can change with a never surrendering attitude. Its a tough as hell road. Ive trained for years and im not where i wanna be but ill get there one day. Be humble and push others to better themselves, dont let your ego control who you are.
