The intuitive eating approach ....give yourself unconditional permission to eat whatever you want without feeling guilty.
rely on your internal hunger and satiety signals and trust your body to tell you what to eat, when to eat it and how much.
seriously, some days if i relied on my intuition to tell me what to eat every time i walk past the coles bakery i would eat 6 iced donuts, 4 double choc cookies, 3 croissants and a packet of flat breads 😂
how does this approach help with changing habits around food prep, organization and good old common sense?
to me it sounds like a great excuse to not make an effort in changing life long bad habits.
