Comfort in a warm bowl. carmelized bananas and pears mixed with cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup poured over an autumn spiced porridge. by @sculptedkitchen
🍐soaked 1 cup of porridge (1/2 for a single serve).
🍐1-2 tsp of maple syrup.
🍐1 tsp of cinnamon.
🍐 1 tsp of vanilla powder 🍐 1 t of dairy free yogurt.
🍐 1 tsp of h**p seeds.
🍐 a dash of nutmeg.
carmelized apples and pears.
🍐 cut half a banana into coins and cut half a pear into into small pieces.
🍐heat 1 t of coconut oil and 2 t of maple syrup in a pan.
🍐 cook fruits for 10 minutes. sprinkle some cinnamon over them. .
maple roasted pecans:
🍐 toss 1/2 cup of pecans with 2 t of maple syrup and bake at 315f for 10 minutes.
