some focused strength work and mobility consistently in natalies warm ups brought things back into correct alignment and allowed us to start progressing with goblet squats, slowly working to back squats. ..
building shoulder strength, strengthening scapulae muscles and hitting her first unassisted chin up along the way we made our way to the gold standard of strength and mobility, the overhead squat.
to say this girl could have a million reasons for not keeping with the programme and missing sessions would be an understatement, but she never uses life circumstances as a reason to skip a session, hence her unreal progress!!
