Happy to be welcoming new clients to my happy healthy 6 week programme this week at the calm oasis that is @theholisticentre @broomeparkhotel.
if you are wondering what the programme is all about for me it begins with the yoga practice. taking time for yourself to dedicate to a practice. in something where you are using concentrated effort and focused attention. doing something that feeds your mind, body and your spirit. where you have to think but not think. there is movement and stillness, and stillness within the moment. and somehow everything else starts to fall into place. we see a little clearer, we are able to really listen. we aren’t looking for perfection because life isn’t perfect, it’s a process, just like yoga isn’t about perfection . we feel so tired all the time but we don’t really know how to rest. we are disconnected from the rhythms of nature, and ourselves. let’s reconnect. what time do you go to bed, what time do you wake up? when do you eat and what do you eat? how do you relax? what did you love doing when you were a kid? if you are ready to start asking these questions, to remove any obstacles to the healthy lifestyle you want to lead get in touch, i’d love to hear from you 💌
