What a day; what a weekend! it's been wonderful but absolutely exhausting. i think my legs are going to fall off from all of this walking! thick, whole grain fiberous fuel certainly needed.

i use @keyafoods sri lankan cinnamon powder which consists of ceylon cinnamon. brands using cassia or other forms of cassia category usually sell them at a cheaper rate.
so before buying cinnamon always check the source first.
