People are always asking about what i eat. it pretty simple. i eat the same thing (maybe slight variations) over and over again. then people ask me, "doesn't that get boring?" nope. first, i've changed my mindset around food. it's fuel, not entertainment. second, it's super freeing! i don't have to spend time worrying or thinking about food. i can use that mental energy elsewhere, on something more productive.
make it simple. 2-3 meals a day. no snacks. food for fuel not pleasure. easier said than done, yes. but totally worth it.
