Quick & convenient is what i live for!
as a full time college student and working 4 days a week that leaves me with little time to spend lots of time on cooking meals that take longer than 15 mins to make.
so how am i able to make all my meals at home and not spend a ton of money eating out.
it’s simple.... *meal prep protein*
on sundays i cook a weeks worth of protein (tofu, temple, seitan etc.) since those take more than 30 mins to cook and when it comes to putting together a meal i can just throw it in with my food and it saves so much time! *pre chop veggies*
i do this a lot especially when i use broccoli, carrots, onions and mushrooms in meals. chop up all the veggies place in tupperware contains and put in the fridge and when it come to cook they are already pre chopped *make a meal that doesn’t involve using heat*
salads are a stable in my diet i eat one almost every day. they are so quick. super nutritious and take less than 5 mins to make.
