So today is a little rough. last night i had the worst cramps of my life (tmi?) no but seriously i felt like i was going through child birth. not dramatic at all. today my body feels terrible. i have had a heat wrap on my stomach all day. i decided to workout anyways. the internet says to exercise through cramps. and everything on the internet is true so here i am...superset of squats to bench and curtsy lunges. i like doing this type of squat bc i am able to really lengthen my hamstrings. it’s more of a good morning with a little squat. maybe that makes sense. anywho i like them. second i have been really incorporating curtsy lunges. like always, i do different variations. today i stayed in the curtsy for all reps instead of bringing feet back together. also, i did a big forward lean to really drive through the glute. if you watch full video in second slide i filmed it from the side to show forward lean. i did a really terrible job of filming that one. 🤷🏼♀️i’m halfway through my 36 hour fast... i’ll put more about that in my stories. give this superset a try next leg day 💁🏼♀️
