mechanical drop sets are different than regular drop sets, in the fact that the load remains the same, but you switch to an easier variation of the same exercise to exhaust the muscles.
i started off with regular, full range barbell squats, then finished off with box squats. i didn't put down the weight at all during the 2 minute set and got in as many reps as i could before falling over 😂♿️
barbell squats- 3x8-10 at 135 lbs
box squats-3x15-20 at 135 lbs
