Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. One of the easiest ways to quickly create a caloric deficit is to swap our beverages for lower-calorie options.

👨🏼‍⚕️Sadly… a lot of the beverages out there marketed to you as ‘healthy’… may not be the best thing for your fatloss. And the reason I’m always harping about fatloss is because 10/10 of the people who come see me… want fatloss. I’ve YET to meet a single person who’s come to me to say… I just want to be ‘healthy’ and have no fat/weight to lose.

⚠️Sometimes… ‘healthy’ foods are high in calories - and if you're someone struggling all these years to get rid of stubborn body fat WHILE eating healthy…well, the reason it ain’t working is because you're probably eating more than you suspect

💧When it comes to weightloss/fatloss, it is 100% essential that we create a caloric deficit - otherwise, you can consume ‘healthy’ smoothies and drink fruit juice all day until the grass-fed cows come home but you will not see fat-loss.

🥝Please don’t get me wrong - fruit juice has a decent amount of micronutrients and health-benefits compared to something produced in a factory… BUT… calories matter, period. Like it or not… science doesn’t lie. So watch the amounts. • 👭TAG a friend who needs to see this truth.. ⬇️
