Percayalah.. nak lose weight bukan kena workout sampai nak pengsan. it's all about the calories you eat. kalau tak exercise tapi makan kurang dari keperluan kalori harian, control carbs intake, tak ambil refined carbs, pun boleh lose weight. taaaapi.. nak jadi fit and healthy, masukkan senaman dalam kehidupan seharian. barulah balanced!

🏋🏻”need to start exercising, otherwise you’re gonna put on weight!” i hear this so often, and although the intention of this statement is good - and exercise is good for our health and staying active is essential to good health… but the truth is - the real reason we gain weight over time has more to do with what we eat than the exercises we are not doing.
💪🏼so this means you can’t blame it on ‘i can’t afford a gym membership’, or ‘i can’t do hard exercises’… because you have full control over what you eat (unless you’re an infant 👶🏼 • 🍴watch what you eat, know your portions, keep your stress under control and get enough sleep - and you’ll be doing better already
