As i build and grow in the fitness world, i continuously look for ways to improve myself. just two months ago, i couldn’t even do one pull-up. now i’m at 3 (okay, the form on that last one was a little iffy) - i’m going to continue and work until i can build up that strength.
➡️ it’s not really the number of pull-ups that matter. it’s the drive i feel working towards something bigger. i aim to be stronger every day, and i know this is one way i can progress. .
