Roasted Tomato & Bell Pepper Pasta by @mimlanie 🍝

Ingredients:
5 roma tomatoes
2 red or orange bell peppers
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups cooked rigatoni
Cut tomatoes in half. Remove stem and seeds from bell peppers. On a nonstick or foil-covered baking sheet, place the tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. Cover with avocado oil, salt and crushed rosemary.
Roast for 20 minutes at 400F. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or until not hot to touch. Remove skins, then blend in a blender with oregano and fresh basil.

If sauce is too thin, cook in a sauce pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally - this will allow some of the liquid to evaporate and thicken the sauce 🍝 Serve with your favorite al dente pasta!

Rice

1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp chili powder less for milder topping

INSTRUCTIONS 
Rice:
Cook rice in salted water per package instructions. Take off heat when it's just done.
Preheat a medium cooking pan over medium-high heat. Mix stock, lime juice, honey, and cilantro together. Pour the mixture into the preheated pan and let it simmer for about a minute. Take the pan off heat and mix rice into the liquid. Season with a little bit more salt, mix well, and set aside.
Salmon:
Preheat oven to 425 and cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it.
Rub the salmon skin with some oil and place the fillets skin down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix lime juice, honey, and cilantro together and rub salmon fillets with it on all exposed sides. You can pour more glaze over the top and season with some salt. (Some glaze will likely run down onto the baking sheet, it will most likely get quite scorched in the oven. Don't be scared it's not your salmon burning, it's the glaze that ran down.)
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
Avocado:
Cut avocado in half, take out the pit, and take off the skin. Chop avocado and add it to a small bowl. Add lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, and salt. Gently mix.

Mod de preparare *
1. Sparge oul într-un bol apoi se adaugă chefirul .Amesteca .
2. Adaugă faina , apoi restul ingredientelor si omogenizează compoziția .
3. Într-o tigaie antianderenta sau unsa un pic cu ulei de cocos , adaugă cate o lingura de compoziție si prăjește pe ambele parti la foc mediu .

Good morning!!! I whipped up a batch of CINNAMON + RYE PANCAKES this morning and it was a v great way to start the week, 100% recommend pancakes for fighting the Monday blues ➡️ INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup self-raising flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1 cup soy milk 
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt 
2 tsp cinnamon 
METHOD: 
1) pre-heat skillet and brush with a little vegan butter 
2) meanwhile, whisk ingredients together until smooth 
3) add 1/3 cup mixture to the skillet and cook over a medium high heat - flip when small bubbles start appearing in the centre of each pancake (about 2 mins) 
4) cook for a further 2 minutes on the other side and serve 🙌 topped with @nushfoods almond yoghurt, homemade chia raspberry jam, @meridianfoods peanut butter + @spooncereals granola 🥳

Marinade/Dressing:⠀⠀
¼ cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar⠀⠀
2 tablespoons (30 mL) olive oil⠀⠀
2 teaspoons brown sugar⠀⠀
1 teaspoon minced garlic⠀⠀
1 teaspoon dried basil⠀⠀
1 teaspoon salt⠀⠀
Salad:⠀⠀
4 chicken thigh fillets, skin removed (no bone)*⠀⠀
5 cups Romaine (or cos) lettuce leaves, washed and dried⠀⠀
1 avocado, sliced⠀⠀
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced⠀⠀
½ cup mini mozzarella/bocconcini cheese balls⠀⠀

Chicken breast , slice in half horizontally, to make 2 thin cutlets. 
1 large head Romaine lettuce , chopped
1/4 cup shredded or shaved Parmesan cheese
2 Tb of Caesar dressing from #heinz 
Toasted bread 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the bread into cubes and Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until crisp
Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of paprika and saute over med-hight heat with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
To ASSEMBLE SALAD
In a large salad bowl toss together lettuce, toasted bread and Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with dressing and black pepper and toss .

Roasted Tomato & Bell Pepper Pasta by @mimlanie 🍝

Ingredients:
5 roma tomatoes
2 red or orange bell peppers
3 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups cooked rigatoni
Cut tomatoes in half. Remove stem and seeds from bell peppers. On a nonstick or foil-covered baking sheet, place the tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. Cover with avocado oil, salt and crushed rosemary.
Roast for 20 minutes at 400F. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or until not hot to touch. Remove skins, then blend in a blender with oregano and fresh basil.

If sauce is too thin, cook in a sauce pan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally - this will allow some of the liquid to evaporate and thicken the sauce 🍝 Serve with your favorite al dente pasta!

Simple Sunday Chocolate Cake! 
This recipe is an oldie but a goody.  It has been passed down from generation to generation in my family. I like to whip this cake up when I want to make a nice dessert, but don’t have a lot of time {or energy} for something fancy shmancy. ....sooo I make it all the time. 😉 •
It was always vegan, but has been adapted to suit a healthier lifestyle, so it’s now refined sugar free, and contains only good fats. It is however, as chocolatey, light, and moist as it always was! •
It’s also as simple as they come. In fact, I’d even go as far as to say, it’s foolproof!  Throw it all into a baking pan, whisk for a minute or two, bake in the same pan the ingredients are mixed in, and just like magic - it comes out of the oven dark, moist & delicious in just 30 minutes. No need to even grease the baking pan! Like I said, fool-proof. 
And in my opinion, cake that’s fool-proof is cause to celebrate! ...with more cake, of course!! 🥳 
SIMPLE SUNDAY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Vegan | Sugar Free | Fool-proof •
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup granulated sugar substitute* {use the equivalent to 1 cup regular sugar}
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon sea salt
* 1 cup water {room temperature}
* 5 Tablespoons oil-I use melted & cooled coconut oil * 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules, optional

Instructions
1. In an 8 x 8 baking pan, whisk together flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt. 
2. In a separate bowl, combine water, oil, vinegar, vanilla extract and instant coffee, if using. {The coffee will enhance the chocolate flavour}. 3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture - right in the baking pan. Whisk together until smooth and blended. 
4. Place baking pan in oven. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. 
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before frosting. •

🥄Специи по вкусу

Приготовление:
🔪Взбить яйца
🔪Посолить и поперчить по вкусу
🔪Нарезать грибы,лук и помидоры (добавляйте, что найдётся - колбаса,ветчина,перчик)
🔪Натереть сыр на терке
🔪Обжарить яйцо на сливочном масле до ровной жёлтой поверхности (2-3 минуты)
🔪Укрыть сверху лепешкой
🔪Накрыть тарелкой и перевернуть - так,что лепёшка окажется внизу, и снова выложить на сковороду
🔪Выложить сверху грибы, лук и помидоры 🔪Засырить
🔪Посолить по вкусу

I made a rose caramel apple cheesecake pie  recently for Friendsgiving and it had to be one of the easiest dessert I’ve ever made. So I figured I’ll share how I did it!

Only 4 Ingredients: 2-3 green apples, Toll house graham cracker pie crust, Hershey’s caramel sauce, Philadelphia NO BAKE cheesecake filling ( which is why this is sooo easy, I bought everything at my local supermarket  under 20 bucks for two pie)

All you really doing is assembling tbh. You fill the pie with the cheesecake and drizzle in the caramel (chocolate drizzle also works really well with this) either inside the cheese filling or on top. 
Slice apples super thin so it’s easy to work with and I like to start from the middle and work my way out and fill In wherever I see space.  Save the bigger ( and thicker slices that you mess up cutting) slices for the outter area! And use smaller leftover pieces in between the extra spaces.  This part is really the only intensive part about this pie. Took roughly 30 mins for the entire process! Let me know and tag me if you try this out!! GOOD GRACIOUS, GREEN BEANS! 🦃 Green beans have always been a “take it or leave it” kind of food for me until my BFF recently brought me a package of Trader Joe’s Truffle Marcona Almonds. I devoured half the bag in a matter of minutes, but then my wheels started turning as to how to incorporate them into recipes and “upgrade” otherwise ‘ho-hum’ dishes! And let me just say, these almonds are little miracle workers, and now I can’t wait to serve these DELICIOUS green beans for Thanksgiving! 🦃 TO MAKE: In a saucepan, bring 1/3 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon granules to a boil. Add in approximately 16 oz of Italian green beans. Reduce heat, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. In a separate skillet, saute 1-2 cloves of minced garlic in 1 heaping tablespoon of Kerrygold butter for 1-2 minutes. Drain beans then add them to skillet. Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt (tossing and coating well) and 1/2 cup of the Trader Joe’s Truffle Marcona Almonds that have been crushed lightly with a mallet. Transfer to your serving dish. Serve warm, and prepare for your decadent, addictive green beans to disappear from your table! 🦃 Gobble til you wobble!

Perfect Sunday afternoon recipe ✨✨
You guys know I like to cook intuitively and usually don’t measure things buuut I was inspired and filmed this actually measuring and these came out sooo good I’m so glad I filmed the recipe 😍🙌🏻 you need to try these ASAP!! They were gone in a day 😇 here’s the recipe: 
Mix in the following order -1 flax “egg” (1 tbsp grounded flaxseed + 3 tbsp water) - almond butter (1/2 cup)
- maple syrup 1/4 to 1/3 cup according to taste - coconut sugar (3 tbsp)
- a pinch of salt - 1 tsp baking powder (preferably mix it in with flours then add to wet ingredients) - almond and oatmeal flour (1/2 cup of each) I used almond meal which is grounded almonds - chocolate chips (measure with your ❤️) - 2 unpitted chopped up dates 
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for around 15 minutes and enjoy ☺️ .

-1tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-5g sugar free alternative -240g canned pumpkin
-60g SF maple syrup -1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract -14g coconut oil

Toppings:
-20g chopped peanuts
-30g white chocolate chips -Preheat oven to 400°
-Whisk dry ingredients then add wet. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray(I reccomend parchment paper to make it go by smoothly)
-Line cookie tray and spoon out the cookies, enjoy!

Chitranna or lemon rice🍋
Who doesn't like rice?! Everyone loves rice in this or that form. I have made simple rice here Karnataka style chitranna which is also called as lemon rice!
For this type of rice we need cooked rice. You can also use Kal ka bacha hua chawal and make this for breakfast tomorrow morning.
Also u need laal mirch, if not available we can use hari mirch, peanuts, haldi, hing, jeera,sarso for tadka. We also want Chana daal and udad daal, cashews and lemon juice, salt and sugar for taste.(proportion as per ur choice) 
In kadhai make tadka with peanuts fry them well to make them crunchy, add sarso, jeera, hing haldi and chana daal and udad daal, cashews. Add this to our cooked rice and salt sugar and most importantly lemon juice in it and mix well. And your chitranna is ready!
