H a t c h s e a s o n !
if there is any one dish that harmonizes with my culinary soul, it is this.
homemade cassava flour tortillas, filled with local pasture eggs, cooked in ghee.
all three tacos are different for us three bears 🐻 💛🐻💛🐻💛
the offerings are roasted hatch chilis, cilantro lime pesto with pepitas, avocado, queso and chopped onions.
we have all been straight cray cray crazy a*s busy bonkers over here.
eating has been ... challenging.
so, i am putting my money where my mouth is by making some food that will sustain and easily be repurposed into other delicious meals... while we continue to grind our ever-loving selves to the bones.
plus, i need to anchor into the reason i am grinding said self to the bone.
it is not just my love of cooking and food but my fiery passion to share ideas and inspiration to make all of our lives a little simpler, delicious and passionate.
