How do two Mamas in two different states stay motivated on a journey to be their healthiest selves? They support each other with online accountability! One of my dearest fitness friends who has impacted my life tremendously is a woman that I have NEVER met in-person. She inspires me beyond belief from 500 miles away!

I am looking to add fit BFFs! I LOVE surrounding myself with determined women. You DO NOT have to be a fitness expert - just willing to go on a wellness journey. You DO have to have DRIVE and be willing to invest in YOURSELF. And, you have to be WILLING to use social media to share your story and connect with others.

As Coaches we lead by EXAMPLE and we lead with our HEARTS. We help men and women transform their bodies and minds with at-home fitness. The feeling of gaining confidence that you didn't know existed is PRICELESS. The feeling of helping someone else gain this is LIFE CHANGING. P.S. This is me in both photos. 
These photos are not only 3 years apart, they are worlds apart. At least, it sure feel so to me!

Some people might not know that I was not as fit as I am now. 
I weighed 33 lb more and I was unhappy with my body and self-image. I had low self-esteem and had no idea that I would ever be able to get back in shape AND what is even more shocking - to be in a better shape than I ever was. I felt stuck and I had no idea how to get moving in the right direction, just exercising by myself didn’t help. 
I could not stick with exercising every day or even 3 times a week. I didn’t have accountability or support. I didn’t have a healthy meal plan, the one I used obviously didn’t work. I didn’t have effective fitness routine either. And I didn’t have money to pay personal trainer or dietitian to provide the last two for me. 
Now fast-forward to today. This picture is taken today. I know a heck a lot more about fitness, healthy eating, timed nutrition and metabolism. I run Support and accountability groups. I have the tools like meal plans and fitness routines that I’d love to share with you if you are ready to commit to your health and fitness!

Hey guys! Sorry Im posting an hour late, I ended up going to the gym twice! This summer I really wanna focus on my leg growth so after my regular gym classes im going to my community gym 2-3 times a week to hit legs and abs💪 Now finally, my review on @scivation ‘s bcaas! I purchased blue raspberry as you can see. I mixed 2 scoops w/24 ozs of water and the flavor was still very strong; if you’re not one for sweet flavors, feel free to add more. I drank 10 ounces before my workout and the rest during and after my workout, kept me pumped but not drained, allowing me to push myself more and go heavier😈 I love them so much!! This week has been intense and my body hasn’t gotten sore, I even noticed some new gains! I’ll definitely purchase them again and I’ ll continue taking them everyday, only one scoop if i cant make it to the gym tho. Do you guys take any supplements? •

I had upper body personal training today and it was a rough one 😅 but I’m down almost a whole % of body fat and 4 pounds since my weigh in last week 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 so here’s a lil physique update, I’m feeling less bloated and leaner 😁 I feel like video lets me see my progress more accurately... pictures can be a little bit trickier to show what is true in comparison so #boomerang it is 😋
