NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE COATED TAHINI PROTEIN BROWNIES

Can’t beat a #nobake at the moment and these are so quick and easy to make for a healthier little choccy snack 🍫👌

Ingredients
200g medjool dates, soaked in water
1/3 cup @grecious_ltd tahini
2 tbs @sweetfreedomuk brownie choc shot
1 scoop/30g @kin_nutrition dark choc vegan protein
3 tbs @creativenature cacao powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
120g @thebenefitbrand 85% dark protein chocolate, melted with 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
▪️Add the soaked dates to a blender with the tahini and choc shot. Blend until you have an even mixture.
▪️Add the cacao powder, protein and salt. Process until combined. It should be thick but if too thick, add a little of the water that you soaked the dates in.
▪️Press the mixture in to a lined baking tin, I used a loaf pan.
▪️Pop in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
▪️Remove from freezer and cut in to squares. Dip each brownie in the melted chocolate, place on to a lined chopping board and place in the fridge to set.
▪️Remove, give them an extra drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt

I love mixed bowls with all the good food in it! In this Bowl I mixed salad, quinoa, tomatoes, avocado, kidney beans, corn with a good mustard maple dressing 🤤
For the dressing mix 2 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar + salt + pepper + 1 tsp mustard + 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp water. Mix well and add over the bowl.

It’s not super low cal (but it’s somewhat low cal) it’s just rich enough to be absolutely satisfying, it’s vegan, and it’s SUUUPER low in sugar. There’s almost no added sugar in nadamoo. Why? Because COCONUT is AMAZING 🥥 It’s naturally sweet. Brilliant 👏

Driving out to a fast food joint and sitting in the drive through line during lunch hour several days a week is not faster than prepping a sheet pan meal prep that’ll last AT LEAST 4 meals!⠀

Here are 3 Tips to Making Time for Meal Prep:⠀

1. Set Time Aside: Sunday night from 4pm to 5pm is your grocery time. 5pm-6pm cooking time. 6:00-6:30pm clean up! Nothing else can happen between 4 and 7pm. ⏰⠀

2. Take Advantage of Prepared Meat: meat typically takes the longest to prepare, season, and cook for me. 🥩 So I love to take advantage of already cut chicken or prepared frozen meat like salmon patties, veggie burgers, and beef burgers. It’s just faster and easier during my busy weeks.⠀

3. Use “Sheet Pan Meals”:⠀
This is taking one big sheet pan and throwing everything on it! With a piece of aluminum foil underneath it too! This way you have one pan to rinse and put away. The aluminum foil keeps the food from sticking so we save time on scrubbing🧽⠀

Ho voluto iniziare questo mese con una colazione molto estiva!

#frozenporridge ciocco&cherry 
Dal gusto deciso del cioccolato, che unito con quello della ciliegia ne dà un risultato eccezionale! 
Prossimamente nelle stories in evidenza troverete tutto.
Ma intanto vi lascio la ricettina:
•150g yogurt greco
•100ml albume •1tuorlo
•70g fiocchi avena Merry cherry @bpr_nutrition •30g farina avena choko loko
•acqua q.b.
•7g fondente 99%

Unire tutti gli ingredienti (tranne lo yogurt), mescolato e cuocere in micro mass potenza, 1.45min!
Lasciate raffreddare. Successivamente, aggiungere una parte di yogurt nel composto, mescolare e stendere per bene. 
Il restante yogurt verrà utilizzata per ricoprire la superficie. Infine, aggiungere le scaglie di fondente.
In frigo intera nottata. 
Porridge pronto😋

Hier wurden 2 scoops Cookie and Cream Whey mit je einem Teelöffel Xucker, Zucker und blue Matcha und etwas heißem Wasser schaumig gerührt. Die Creme wurde dann auf die kalte Milch gegeben. Sehr lecker und durch das zusätzliche #protein auch etwas fitnesstauglicher. Das geht sicherlich auch super mit anderen Geschmacksrichtungen und das blue Matcha sorgt für einen absoluten Hingucker 💙.

🔹 gluten free 🔹low carb🔹 🇫🇷Pour bien commencer la semaine, je vous propose ces mini cakes au yaourt, vraiment TRÈS simples et rapides à préparer. Ils sont legers et trèees molleux, la texture est 🤤🤤🤤
Ils sont parfaits pour le petit déjeuner ou le gouter, mais aussi comme dessert🍰
. ➡️Ingrédients pour 3 mini cakes (à adapter si vous en voulez faire plus):
🔹1 yaourt de votre preference (grèque, bifidus...)
🔹1 oeuf
🔹 2 c à soupe (20gr) de farine d'avoine (ou autre farine complète)
🔹 Votre édulcorant préféré, assaissoner selon votre gout (stevia, sucre de fleur de coco...)
🔷Dans un bol, bien mélanger les 4 ingrédients
🔷Verser le mélange dans des moules à muffins
🔷Mettre au four préchauffé à 180 º 25-30min ou env 5-10 au microonde. Et voilà ! Vos minicakes sont prêts 😍

🇪🇸Estos mini cakes os sacarán de un apuro cuando queráis un desayuno o merienda ricos pero ligeros. Super fáciles de hacer y no os tomará mucho tiempo. La textura es suuuuper esponjosa. 🤤🤤🤤 ➡️Ingredientes para 3 mini cakes (si quereis hacer más, ajustar las cantidades):
🔹1 yogurt de vuestra elección (griego, natural, bifidus..)
🔹1 huevo
🔹2 cucharadas soperas (20gr) de harina de avena u otra harina integral.
🔹Tu edulcorante favorito al gusto (stevia, panela...)

Como hacerlo? Facilísimo!: 🔷Mezclar bien los 4 ingredientes en un bol

Vrijdag kreeg ik het idee deze courgette-aardappel pannenkoekjes te bakken! Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat het een uitprobeersel op de gok was, maar ze zijn toch erg lekker uitgepakt ! En voor de verandering heb ik ook eens bijgehouden wat ik nu gebruikt heb 😅😅

comme vous le savez, il y a une partie entière dédiée aux cakes dans mon nouveau livre "cakes, muffins & smoothies".⁠

je profite de ce post pour vous livrer un secret de fabrication, alors lisez bien la suite!⁠

le cake en photo n'est pas dans mon livre.⁠
je l'ai préparé sans recette, uniquement en appliquant les principes que je vais vous dévoiler.⁠

une fois que vous les aurez assimilé, vous pourrez réaliser tous les cakes possibles et inimaginables.⁠

pour un cake moyen, il te faut:⁠

- 1 tasse de poudre, de farine, ... pour la texture. vous pouvez utiliser/mélanger tout ce que vous avez, tant que ça fait 1 tasse. evidemment, d'une farine/poudre à une autre la texture finale changera, ainsi que le profil nutritionnel.⁠

- 2 à 3 oeufs pour "tenir"le cake et enrichir en protéines⁠

- fruits ou légumes pour donner le goût principal au cake et apporter fibres et nutritments.⁠

- des épices, herbes, aromates pour le petit goût subtil.⁠

- un levant = levure chimique ou mélange vinaigre de cidre + bicarbonate de soude. pour que ça gonfle.⁠

- cuisson de 45 minutes à 55 minutes à 180°c (en fonction des fours)⁠

pour le cake de la photo "cake à l'oignon":⁠

combate!!!⁠

- 1 tasse d'un mélange de farine de sarrasin, farine de pois chiche et poudre d'amandes⁠

- 3 oeufs⁠

- 2 oignons, hachés et revenus à la poêle 8 minutes⁠

- 1 cuillère à café de cumin moulu⁠

- 1/2 cuillère à café de levure chimique⁠

- je mélange tout et dispose dans un moule à cake en silicone⁠

- 50 minutes à 180°c⁠

Elaboración:

1. Mezclar los ingredientes secos por un lado (harina de avena, whey y levadura) y por otro lado los húmedos (huevo, leche y yogur).

2. Unir ambas mezclas en un bol grande hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea, una vez conseguida, añadir el las pepitas de chocolate o chocolate 85% a trocitos.

3. Mientras tanto, poner a calentar la máquina para hacer donuts y engrasarla con un pelín de AOVE.
.
4. Verter la mezcla en la máquina para hacer donuts, cerrarla y hacerlos.
.
5. Mientras tanto, añadir en una taza el aceite de coco con el chocolate a trocitos y meterlo en el micro durante 10-15 segundos aprox.
.
6. Bañar algunos donuts en la mezcla del chocolate con el aceite de coco y otros añadirle un poco de crema de avellanas por encima. (Consejo—> los que bañes con chocolate y aceite de coco deberás meterlos en la nevera unos 20 minutos para que se solidifique el chocolate).

7. Colocarlos en una bandeja, añadirles un poco de nueces trituradas por encima y a disfrutar de estos donuts sin azúcar añadido y con ingredientes 🔝 .

▫️60 gr de harina de avena sabor chocolate (la podéis encontrar en @nutre.tec o @energyumsport ) .
▫️20 gr de whey vainilla (ídem que lo anterior) .
▫️media cucharadita de levadura .
▫️1 huevo .
▫️50ml de leche semi .
▫️60 gr de yogur natural edulcorado desnatado cremoso .
▫️10 gr de chocolate 85% .

Wat Mediterraanse vibes op tafel toveren en even vergeten dat we nu eigenlijk normaal aan het slenteren hadden moeten zijn langs de Mediterraanse zee. Helaas pindakaas, het wordt een #vakantieineigenkot. Van uitstel komt zeker geen afstel dus we hebben nog iets leuk tegoed. Adesso lo ammetto. Io ho un problema con la cioccolata. Cioè, se per un giorno non la mangio.. sento che mi manca qualcosa 😬😬.
Detto ciò..avevo letto una ricetta di un plum cake che sembrava molto cioccolatoso...facendo qualche piccola modifica...et voilà!!

Allora,
INGREDIENTI:.
.
*120g farina integrale
*35g farina di riso
*25g amido mais
*120g albume
*150ml latte soia
*45g cioccolata fondente
*Altri 10g di cioccolata da grattugiare
*10 g olio semi
*2 cucchiai sciroppo d acero (oppure uno abbondante di miele)
*16g lievito per dolci
.
PROCEDIMENTO:.
1) unire la farina integrale, quella di riso, quella di mais e il lievito per dolci.
2) a parte miscelare albume, latte di soia e sciroppo d acero.
3) in un pentolino intanto, sciogliere il cioccolato fondente e aggiungere l'olio di semi.
4) unire tutto insieme e mescolare molto bene.
5) aggiungere infine, al composto, la cioccolata grattugiata.
6) infornare a 180° per circa 20/25 minuti.
7) una volta che si è raffreddato io ho grattato sopra altre scaglie di cioccolato e una colata di fondente 😬 (si ho esagerato 😂)

Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛɪ  per 1 porzione - 200 gr di yogurt greco fage 0% (o yogurt che preferite, ma cambiano le calorie! Se è già liquido diminuite la quantità di latte!)
- 100 gr di latte di mandorla (usate quello che preferite) - 2 gallette di riso
- Flavor drops al cocco (o al gusto che preferite) - Zuccherare a piacere ( io ho usato pancake syrup 0% della @servivita)
- - 50 gr si fragole a pezzetti
- 20 gr di nutella fit (trovate la ricetta sul mio profilo) 
Procedimento: 
Unire tutti gli ingredienti in una scodella e amalgamare bene così che non ci siano grumi. Coprire con pellicola è mettere in frigorifero almeno 3 ore, guarnire prima di consumare! Per dare quel tocco croccantino ho usato dei semplici cereali! .

Petit post qui me tient à cœur ce matin. Même si la date est demain, j'avais envie de le poster maintenant. Comme quoi sur 2an, cette date aura bouleversée les choses. Ma rentrée à l'hôpital et décider de me battre l'an dernier et une nouvelle étape dans le dé confinement cette année. 
Le 2 juin 2019, j'entrais à l'hôpital pour me faire hospitaliser. Mon choix, ma décision après tant d'années à vouloir me voiler la face et tenter d'y arriver seule. J'avance d'un pas et je recul de trois.
S'en étais trop, la mort je la sentais, mes proches tellement inquiets. Il etait temps d'agir et de vivre.
Pose de la sonde dès le lendemain, risque d'y perdre la vie, que mon corps ne supporte pas cet apport de 1500 calories d'un coup (en plus des plateaux bien sûr 🙊). J'accepte. Je la veux et la réclame. Je prends le risque. A quoi bon, je ne suis deja que l'ombre de moi même. J'ai tout à y gagner. Elle m'a sauvé la vie. 
1 mois plus tard, je sors. Les docteurs me font confiance. Ils voient ma volonté d'y arriver et ma détermination. Mes amis et ma famille sont là pour me soutenir. 
1 an après, encore du chemin à parcourir mais une fierté d'en être arrivée là. Déjà... Le chemin est encore compliqué, tout n'est pas limpide, mais j'y arriverai, je m'en suis fait la promesse. 🙏
Ne laissez pas cette m**** dicter votre vie et surtout fuyez les comptes néfastes prônant les régimes à 1200 calories. Soit les apports d'un enfant de 2ans,voir moins.

Per il ripieno ho mescolato 40 gr di ricotta light(silken tofu in #versionevegan 🌱) , 30 gr yogurt greco(di soia colato in #versionevegan🌱) ,10 gr farina di cocco @prozisitalia e 10 gr cocco  grattugiato, vaniglia, 20 gr eritritolo o il dolcificante che preferite. . 
Per la FROLLA ho impastato 50 gr di farine(io soia e integrale), 10 gr cacao amaro extra, 2 gr lievito naturale (cremor tartaro e bicarbonato o bic e limone) semini di vaniglia, 10 gr olio di cocco, 50 gr albume d'uovo bio(latte di soia in #versionevegan🌱) , 10 gr eritritolo, o il dolcificante che preferite.
. 
Steso e creato dei cerchietti che ho farcito con una pallina di farcitura  al cocco e richiuso a saccoccino tondo. Cotto in forno a 180 gradi per 12 min.

MUFFINS RUSTICI 🧁ALL’AVENA E GOCCE DI CIOCCOLATO 🍫
Ingredienti per 6️⃣ muffins: 75g fiocchi avena, 50g farina integrale, 20g farina di Farro, 10g zucchero integrale di canna, 1 uovo piccolo, 130ml latte vegetale (o vaccino), 15g burro di arachidi 🥜SMOOTH @prozisitalia, mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
Procedimento: in un mixer tritare grossolanamente i fiocchi di avena. In una ciotola mescolare uova, zucchero e latte. Aggiungere le farine e il lievito setacciati, e infine i fiocchi di avena tritati e il burro di arachidi. Frullare con le fruste elettriche per 1/2 minuti, poi versare negli stampini da muffins e decorare in superficie con le gocce di cioccolato fondente 🍫
Cuocere in forno 🔥 a 180 gradi per 30 minuti, fino a doratura.

Muffins rustici 🧁all’avena e gocce di cioccolato 🍫
ingredienti per 6️⃣ muffins: 75g fiocchi avena, 50g farina integrale, 20g farina di farro, 10g zucchero integrale di canna, 1 uovo piccolo, 130ml latte vegetale (o vaccino), 15g burro di arachidi 🥜smooth @prozisitalia, mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
procedimento: in un mixer tritare grossolanamente i fiocchi di avena. in una ciotola mescolare uova, zucchero e latte. aggiungere le farine e il lievito setacciati, e infine i fiocchi di avena tritati e il burro di arachidi. frullare con le fruste elettriche per 1/2 minuti, poi versare negli stampini da muffins e decorare in superficie con le gocce di cioccolato fondente 🍫
cuocere in forno 🔥 a 180 gradi per 30 minuti, fino a doratura.

The new age diet culture has made "detox" a very heard term and people go head over heels to detox their body using unrealistic shakes or juices..!! .
i do not say doing detox is bad, infact why we fast for our religious beliefs is a way to detox our body ... ☘️🍀
i have been using these smalls methods to detox my body like actually having a day or a meal of no salt/sugar/oil (major reasons of getting digestive system heavy) 🤫
only purpose of detox is to give your digestive system some break to revive ! 😍

🍰Erdbeer Törtchen 🍓
Früher hatte ich immer Angst vor Feiertagen wie Pfingsten/Ostern. Kalorienbomben in Form von Torte waren der Endgegner. Vor allem bin ich gar nicht so ein großer Fan von Sahnetorten!! Sie sehen halt immer toll aus und wenn man diese in einer netten Runde stolz vorgesetzt bekommt, wie kann man da Nein sagen?
Zu dem schläfrigen Völlegefühl danach würde ich aber sehr gerne nein sagen. Und nur ein kleines Stück nehmen ist NICHT MÖGLICH OMG. Deshalb verzichte ich ab sofort darauf und mache mir meine eigenen Törtchen 💁🏼‍♀️
Sieht ja auch ganz hübsch aus, oder? Mittlerweile kann ich sowas auch gut kommunizieren und meine Eltern sind offen für neues💕 Ich liebe sie sehr dafür!
- Backofen auf 180° vorheizen - Ei aufschlagen
- Quark, Grieß, Kakao und Puddingpulver vermischen
- das Ei unterheben
- alles in eine 12er Springform geben & 20min backen
- abkühlen lassen
- Erdbeeren vierteln
- den Frischkäse mit Flavdrops oder etwas anderem süßen
- auf dem Boden streichen & die Erdbeeren darauf verteilen

C'è chi oggi non lavora per il ponte del 2 giugno e chi invece (come me) il ponte non lo fa, pertanto vi lascio un'ottima idea per iniziare la settimana col piede giusto in qualsiasi caso...i pancakes! Ma ve li lascio in una versione carina, oltre che FIT 💪🏼 Ecco i miei MINI PANCAKES con cioccolato fondente, burro d'arachidi e crema al pistacchio!

20 g di bevanda vegetale (io alla mandorla @alpro)

Buongiorno e buon inizio settimana!
c'è chi oggi non lavora per il ponte del 2 giugno e chi invece (come me) il ponte non lo fa, pertanto vi lascio un'ottima idea per iniziare la settimana col piede giusto in qualsiasi caso...i pancakes! ma ve li lascio in una versione carina, oltre che fit 💪🏼 ecco i miei mini pancakes con cioccolato fondente, burro d'arachidi e crema al pistacchio!

ingredienti
90 g di albume
20 g di bevanda vegetale (io alla mandorla @alpro )
20 g di farina di farro
10 g di farina d'avena
dolcificante a piacere (io @misurastevia )
cioccolato fondente spalmabile @zainicioccolatoemilia, burro d'arachidi, crema al pistacchio @pistisicilia e cocco rapè per la decorazione

Per l'impasto del #cicciopancake ho usato:
•20gr di farina di avena dark chocolate ⏬
•10gr di cacao amaro
•20gr di whey al cioccolato
•4gr di lievito
•130gr di albume
•50gr di yogurt greco alla ciliegia
•20gr di ciliegie

Ho montato l'albume fino a farlo diventare bianco e poi ho aggiunto uno per volta tutti gli altri ingredienti, comprese le ciliegie denocciolate e tagliate a metà, mescolando dal basso verso l'alto fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo ☺️

Ho cotto in un padellino antiaderente da 12 cm, caldo, con coperchio, a fiamma bassa, per circa 15 minuti da un lato e qualche minuto dall'altro 😉

Come topping un leggero strato di gonuts darklicious ⏬, il resto dello yogurt e qualche ciliegia 🍒

ขนมปังหน้าทูน่าข้าวโพด 😋
- ใช้ทูน่าในน้ำแร่ 1 กระป๋อง บีบน้ำออก ผสมไข่ 1 ฟอง เกลือ 1 หยิบมือ
- ใส่ข้าวโพดตามชอบ ใช้เพิ่มความหวานแทนน้ำตาล (ข้าวโพดต้มสุกแล้วนะคะ)​
*คลุกส่วนผสมให้เข้ากัน แล้วทาบนขนมปัง โรยงาดำ
- นำเข้าเตาอบ ไฟ 180 องศา 10 นาที.
⛔แค่พอขนมปังกรอบ เดี๋ยวทูน่าจะแห้งเกินไปค่ะ
- เสร็จแล้วเอาออกจากเตา พักทิ้งไว้บนตะแกรงให้กรอบสักพัก หรือจะทานเลยก็ได้ค่ะ
