Sometimes you just have to take a breath and let things be. you can’t always have everything organized and under control, you can’t always be 100% put together, and you can’t be perfect.
i’ve been extremely overwhelmed lately with school, work, the gym, and just life in general. i like to remind myself however, to be grateful for these things and try not to over stress.
don’t fill your head with worries. 💜
