I just wanted to talk a little bit about how hard it can be to not let others influence or stop us from making ourselves happy and achieving our goals.
For the longest time, I was always so worried about what other people might say or think about me for liking certain things, or having certain goals. For example, my goals for myself and body in the future are to put on a decent amount of muscle in my upper and lower body. Now, for some people that just seems unwomanly or “gross”. I have even received negative feedback after expressing what I would like to achieve with my physique in the next couple years. Some people may already think I have too much muscle for a woman, and you know what that’s okay. I understand that my goals aren’t for everybody, and that I don’t need their approval.
Overall, what I am trying to say is that there is always going to be someone with something negative to say no matter what you’re doing. So stay true to yourself, and achieve the goals you have! Choose the things that you make you happiest, and proud of yourself regardless of what others have to say! 🌸🦋

Endlich geht‘s für mich gleich nach fast 3 Wochen Pause wieder ins Training 😍💪🏻 Ich werde erstmal mit einem Ganzkörpertraining einsteigen und dann zum Wochenende hin wieder mit meinem eigenen Trainingsplan wie gewohnt weiter machen ☺️
Den bekommt ihr übrigens auf @probabe.de umsonst, wenn ihr bei der Anmeldung den Code JULIA nutzt 💗 Der Fokus liegt bei mir mit 3 Legdays von insgesamt 5 Trainingstagen ganz klar auf dem Booty 🍑 (wo auch sonst haha 🤪).

1- Smith Machine Narrow to Wide Jump Squats

2- Reverse Hypers on Leg Extension Machine

3- Kneeling Cable Donkey Kicks

4- Dumbbell Front Squats

5- Cable Lunges (facing away from Cable for more quad emphasis)
