You know i gotta have a good reason to wait til almost 10pm to train....
it’s been a whirlwind of amazingness,
tonight wasn’t a workout for health, or wellness, or muscle, or strength.
tonight was therapy. no set plan, no pre determined sets and reps. just grab some weights and unleash the stress, the worries, the self imposed pressure to succeed, the anxiety of “what if this” or “what if that”. _
this was unadulterated iron therapy... almost 2 hours of it, i don’t care if i accomplished anything at all. i moved a lot of weight, relieved a lot stressed, regained my appreciation for the little things in life. like resting between sets, or water breaks.
