This morning i worked out in my garage and alley because i was too tired to make my 5am gym date. .
i did 2 miles on the treadmill. first mile at 4.0 speed facing forward with a level 10 incline. after each lap i did 10 over the head tire squats. second mile at 2.5 facing backwards with a 10 incline. after each lap i did 10 over the head tire sumo squats. it was a short but effective workout. my legs are telling me all about it.
