Hi followers , today is a very great day like always that we have the bech press and squat into the same session .
In this image i’m doing the barbell row just for warm up.
The workout takes this two elements and work push strong using sets based on 4x5 and 2x6 using a percentage around 80% and 85% with some complementar excercise to push a lot of blood and nutrients at the end of the workout .
It’s a good strategy and without doubt needs a lot of focus !

“Centrifuga, non solo per #dimagrire”
Le centrifughe sono un ottimo rimedio per la #perdita di #peso ma l’obiettivo principale è liberare il corpo dalle #tossine ed arricchire il corpo di #vitamine e sali minerali.
A differenza dei succhi di frutta, le centrifughe hanno lo svantaggio di non contenere #fibre, ma il vantaggio di conservare i #micronutrienti, come le #vitamine, e inoltre essere un #antiossidante. 
Tutto questo con l’estremo vantaggio di non #appesantire l’apparato digerente poiché hanno una digestione molto più rapida.

Wie funktioniert @probabe.de ? Die Frage bekomme ich ziemlich häufig gestellt, deshalb nochmal kurz ein kleiner Überblick:
Wenn ihr euch bei ProBabe anmeldet, dann gebt ihr eure Maße, Größe, Gewicht & auch euer Aktivitätslevel an (keine Angst, es gibt überall Hilfestellung!💪🏼) @probabe.de berechnet euch dann die passende Kalorienmenge (bzw. die Makronährstoffe). Die erste Woche wird dann geschaut, ob es auch wirklich die Menge ist, mit der ihr weder abnehmt, noch zunehmt-sprich: Die Menge an Kalorien/ Energie, mit der ihr euer Gewicht haltet. Erst dann wird alles auf euer Ziel angepasst (Diät, Aufbau) und nach regelmäßigen Updates immer wieder verändert, um das Ziel nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. An Lebensmitteln ist alles erlaubt- solange es zu deinen Makros, bzw. noch wichtiger, in die gesamte Kalorienbilanz passt. Die Makros können auch selbst ein wenig verschoben werden. Eine bestimmte Menge an Protein und (besonders bei Frauen) an Fetten sollte aber nicht unterschritten werden.
