1) Trying to please everyone. 
2) Fearing change.
3) Living in the past.
4) Putting yourself down.
5) Overthinking. 
These are some of the things that I have let hold me back and weigh me down for so long. I allowed these ridiculous things to play on repeat in my head and it just became so toxic!! 🙅🏽‍♀️for so long I was trying to find what was holding me, I was trying to find someone to blame, and scared to tell myself it was ALL ON ME! I was the one feeding myself these things and I suffered from it. I could have been so much farther by now had I not been afraid to let go and stop being my own worst enemy. Sure I’m still afraid of some things and sure I still overthink some things, but I have quit putting myself down, or relying on others to lift me up, haha my power was lying in my own hands this whole time!.

hey guys! sorry i have not been as active as I normally am on here. School, exercise, and nutrition are taking up all of my time and social media isn’t one of my major priorities right now! I promise my physique is not slacking though. I’ve been really happy with the progress I’ve been making, focusing on getting a little bit leaner and trying to get some more of my shape back while aiming for several strength goals and supplementing with bodybuilding accessory work as usual.

Two new things I’ve implemented into my training routine:
-
1. Cardio (incline treadmill, elliptical, or stair master)
In the past I used to do the stairclimber at a super high intensity for 10 minutes or less each day. Upon reflection, I was cheating myself because I was basically holding on to the railings on the side for dear life and making it a sprint. By alleviating half of my weight (by supporting myself to much on the sides) I made the cardio a lot EASIER and therefore was not burning as many calories as I thought. I’m now a strong believer of moderate paced cardio for 15-20 minutes 2-3 times a week. It’s helped my metabolism, kept me significantly leaner, and actually improved my sleep quite a bit.

2. Pullups: I’ve been starting every workout with 100 pull ups as a warm up and it’s made the world of a difference. My lats are developing at a significantly higher rate and the thickness/strength in my back has contributed to better support on some of my compound lifts (bench and squat specifically) as well as an obvious increase in strength with corresponding rowing movements (bent over row, dumbbell row, etc). I typically do 10 sets of 10 with 20-30 second rest intervals between sets, lasting around 6-7 minutes as a warm up. If 100 pull ups seems like too daunting of a task, maybe shoot for a lower number. If you want to get better at an exercise, you have to practice it!

Доделали упражнение-положите снаряд на место.Не откладывайте это на конец тренировки.Каждый, кто оставляет после подхода разбросанными гантели, блины рано или поздно понесёт кармическое наказание.

➍Оставляйте пространство другим.
Не занимайте проходы для разминки или выпадов,если они узкие и вы будите мешать.Взяли гантели-отойдите от стойки .Гантели могут понадобиться кому то ещё.

➎Выясните не занято ли оборудование.
Не висит ли полотенце(обычно это признак что занято)
Не висит ли пояс(то же сигнал)
Штанга в собранном виде(тут можно сказать 50/50 либо занято,а может кто то поленился убрать за собой)
В любом случае спросите,не нужно стесняться.

➏Не используйте парфюмерию перед тренировкой.
Не нужно лить на себя тонну духов и пользоваться сильными дезодорантами.Не все хотят вдыхать ваши ароматы.Душ перед тренировкой и дезодорант без запаха вот отличный вариант.

➐Не мешайте настраиваться перед подходом к упражнению.
Не все веса даются легко и просто.Иногда приходится долго настраиваться перед тем как сделать подход.Не нужно в это время начинать разговоры.
