Here I am adding a lunge in between every lateral raise to really finish off the quads and shoulders at the end of a full-body workout. You will have to go lighter weight on this because the reps are 12 lunges on each leg, meaning 24 lateral raises in total. The shoulders will be screaming at the end💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

So you think you need deadlifts to build a complete back? Well here's proof you dont.

I've always preferred other more isolating compound movements for building my back. Deadlifts in my opinion are just too fatiguing on the neurological system and often enough leave you gassed out for anything else to follow. If you're not a powerlifter they just really aren't necessary and you could easily injure yourself if not done correctly. If you really want to incorporate deadlifts then dont expect to do much afterwards rather focus all of your energy on it and follow it up with a bit of iso cable work.
