so excited to kick this week of!! started today with 25 minutes of fasted cardio, ate a good filling breakfast, and now i’m off to the gym!
so many things to be happy about- i’m finishing the last touches of the at home b***y guide (release date to be announced), i’m finally back on my gym bs and so excited to get back to the ezfitguides (#ezbb especially- my gurls out there know the pain), & i’m waiting on my busted lip to heal to film 2 videos for youtube i know you’ll enjoy the c**p out of. 🤗

I’ve had a love affair ❤️❤️ with the trx for close to 8 years now but i haven’t had a chance to use them as much as i used to until recently. today, i played around with a jump up pistol squat. lots of leg strength and endurance and a good bit of cardio. 🔥🔥@trxtraining

Train everything! if your going to train legs, train all of the legs! tibialis anterior is the front side of your calves and this not being strong enough could be the reason you have sore knees half the time 🤔
give these a go, either try with a resistance band or you can use a kettlebell hooked over your foot 🙂
