There was a time when my entire diet consisted of miso soup, diet soda, and gum (didn’t ingest😗💫). Thank GOD for flexible dieting and learning how it actually works. It bothers me that there are a LOT of messed up people making $$ off these scams (and other scams don’t even get me started smh) just screwing up people’s metabolisms. Detoxes/cleanses are euphemisms for starving yourself. That is the reality of the situation, just speaking the truth in love my peeps! Two years ago I was planning my wedding. I was so stressed out I couldn’t eat, I had no appetite. I would cry if I had to take an unplanned rest day. 
I remember weighing myself the morning of my bachelorette party two years ago from today and seeing 114lbs. A number I had never seen. 
But the thing is, I never wanted to get small or lose a bunch of weight, with all the stress that’s where my body landed. 
And in my mind.... I had made it. I remember my amazing friends throwing me a shower with donuts and waffles, I took small portions, nibbled and threw them away. 
We went on to eat so much sushi, and went out to breakfast the next morning. 
I remember thinking I wouldn’t fit into my dress. 
When someone at my bridal shower made a comment asking if I even ate because I looked so small, I looked down at the cake in my hands and refused to eat it. 
Your wedding is an amazing life experience; and some how we have been conditioned to believe the Smaller bride we are... the more beautiful and worthy of wearing a dress we become. 
But who even set that standard?!? It’s like I had heard of all these people losing weight for their wedding so I just expected myself to. 
This was not healthy. The stress wasn’t healthy, and although I coped well with it and never had any disorder, i crossed the line of strict one too many times. 
After I had watched myself gain all this weight back, I struggled to fight off thoughts that i was a better being

Gestern habe ich auf meiner #bowlofhappiness wieder mal gewedelt 😅 demnach gab es wieder die @e.wedel Karamell und Keks 🍪 Schokolade 🍫😍 wisst ihr was? Auch wenn die oft drauf war jetzt, ich liebe die einfach 😱
Dieser #schmelzporn aus Schokolade 🍫 Karamellcreme und Keksstückchen 🍪 als crunchigen Biss, phänomenal 😍👏🏼 Dazu gab es die übliche happy hippo Biscuit Gang, drei Kinder Bueno White, Kinder Bueno, Kinder Cards und Kinder Schoko Bons sowie die Cap’n Crunch Sprinkled Donut Crunch 😁 gesüßt habe ich die Oats mit dem White Chocolate Flavour von @nutriful 😊 mein aktueller Liebling. Außerdem mal die Chocolate Hazelnut Soße von @frankysbakery 🤤 die bekommt ihr natürlich bei @beastmode_germany, die toppt sogar die Hershey’s 😱
Ja und ich bin extrem erleichtert, dass mein Beintraining heute wieder besser war als am Mittwoch. Manchmal gibt’s halt einfach so blöde Tage, wo sich das Standard Gewicht direkt mal wie eine Tonne anfühlt 😏 kennt ihr sicherlich auch oder? 
Obwohl ich gestern etwas schwummrig auf den Beinen unterwegs war 🧐 eventuell der Wetterwechsel? Denn ich erhöhe aktuell täglich die Kalorien. Zwar „nur“ in 100-200 Kalorien Schritten, aber somit bin ich wenigstens aktuell bei 6300-6500 Kalorien angelangt, wenn das der Hunger zulässt. Komischerweise habe ich aber auch wieder mehr Hunger. Vielleicht die erhöhte Trainingsintensität und damit die verbundene Progression? Muskelaufbau? 😱😍 egal. Fakt ist: Tag 13 wird heute ebenfalls erfolgreich abgeschlossen! Das heißt, wenn alles klappt, feiern wir morgen das 14-tätige Jubiläum 👏🏼 🎉 klingt doch gut, oder? 😌

Volume Eating.
THIS is something you really come to place huge importance in when trying to eat in a caloric deficit.

Volume eating basically means increasing the volume/amount of food you're eating without significantly increasing the caloric content. It's usually done by packing meals with lots of veggie. So think of things like; adding a salad with your meat, mixing in courgetti with your pasta or cauli rice with your normal rice. .
Volume eating is great for a number of reasons:
1️⃣ When you increase the veggie content in your meals, you also increase the micronutrient and fibre content 🙌🏼
2️⃣ The bigger the meal, the longer you spend eating. Which gives your brain time to register when you are 'full'. So hopefully by the time you finish your meal, you feel satisfied and aren't reaching for the next thing.
3️⃣ Mentally. This is the biggest for me. I like food, I like a lot of food and I like big portions. I mentally find it easier eating in a caloric deficit when I still feel like I'm eating a lot of food 🙈

What supplements do I take on a daily basis? I think most people would be surprised by my answer. 
Only 2 (Well, technically 3...I’ll explain). Yes, I have many more supplements but these are my daily staples.

1️⃣@wildwestnutrition Bounty Hunter Vanilla Bourbon Pre-Workout. I workout out in the evening most days so by that time my morning coffee has worn off and my brain & body are already somewhat tired. Bounty Hunter solves that issue for me and is the best tasting pre-workout I’ve tried hands down! I don’t want to live without it....EVER!
2️⃣@slapnutrition Sangria Creatine. To be honest, I was skeptical of the flavor. I don’t think I’ve ever had real Sangria (I’m a dark beer and margarita kinda gal). But it’s amazing and mixes well with so many different flavors. Sometimes I drink it with some BCAAs post lifting and it goes well with both the peach cobbler and the black cherry BCAAs that I currently have.

Like I said, I do take other supplements, just not Every Day. My gummy multivitamin is the 3rd daily one I referred to above 👆🏼. If I were to pack up to leave home for a day or two these are the ones I’d definitely bring with me...which is also why I keep some of both in my gym bag 😻.

Celé je pod dohledem kamery a poletí ve čtvrtek na YouTube, pokud by to bylo moc dlouhé, tak ve 2 dílech i..😀
Nicméně je to pro me zajímavá zkušenost, ovšem má láska k živočišným bílkovinám rozhodně trvá..🙏🏼✌🏼 Za dnešek jsem popravdě asi ani nenašla chuťově nic nějak TOP a dohnat bílkoviny byla taky sranda když jsem zvyklá na své “mini porcičky”👌🏼🤷‍♀️😃🍗🍳
Nikomu nic neberu, ať si každý jí co chce, jen ať prosím netvrdí, že jeho cesta je ta jediná a správná🤗 Jinak nemám nic proti ničemu..👐🏼 Už se jen těším zpět na své, plus na takovéhle večerní kašičky👌🏼🤤🙏🏼
