Lunch today was an incredibly delicious salad with fresh herbs from our garden! I made a cilantro dressing and added some chopped basil to the mix. Delish!😋 .

Why do people eat anything but breakfast food? Team runny yolk for life. Aesthetic sriracha drizzles and my favorite protein source after Greek yogurt, lean Canadian bacon.

Someone told me today to eat an apple instead of coffee because it has more caffiene🤔. Although I believe this to be complete bullshit, it was a great reminder to not tell people what to eat or drink. What you genuinely believe is amazing or true could be complete trash or proven wrong by some study like the next day.

Share what works for you and lead by example. Help people if they ask. Have empathy. For me, what works is delicious refined carbs and aspartame😂

Its the same when it comes to fat loss. 
If you’re not sleeping well, between 7-9 hours a night 
If you’re not getting enough water in, 2-4 litres a day 
If you aren’t recovering well between workouts

Being in a caloric deficit for a period of time to elicit fat loss. 
Not eating enough micronutrients (fruit, veg, vitamins, minerals). Training consistently, with a mix of resistance and cardio 
Then how do you expect to get to where you want to be? 
All this has a knock on effect. 
All aspects have to be considered and approached accordingly to achieve long term success

Hey friends, I’ve been dealing with an old back injury recently and it’s caused me to slack big time. Most people that have had back injuries understand that it is very frustrating and depressing. You really can’t do much of anything. But most of the time, doing nothing makes it worse. I’ve still been working out but no where near my usual. Also have been eating ehh not so great. Not mad at myself, but definitely ready to get back on schedule as my back is pretty much back to normal. I’m back and ready to get back to feeling goooood(-: also ready to start posting my workouts again for you guys. Happy Saturday!!

I ran a bootcamp in the middle of the damn woods today: I LOVE MY LIFE 💪😍💓 Seriously, such a fun and amazing change of pace from the gym. Squat thrusts with ROCKS, jump rope in the dirt, latter drills between trees, Toe Taps on BOULDERS! WE WENT IN! All the while @thunderpawh was spinning music!
