its the same when it comes to f*t loss.
if you’re not sleeping well, between 7-9 hours a night
if you’re not getting enough water in, 2-4 litres a day
if you aren’t recovering well between workouts
being in a caloric deficit for a period of time to elicit f*t loss.
not eating enough micronutrients (fruit, veg, vitamins, minerals). training consistently, with a mix of resistance and cardio
then how do you expect to get to where you want to be?
all this has a knock on effect.
all aspects have to be considered and approached accordingly to achieve long term success
