I usually don't post things like this but i thought i'd share. my body and my training are not nearly where i want it to be. being a full time college student, owning a couple companies, and traveling/ training makes it really hard to eat consistently healthy or even get in the gym as much as i'd like. butttttttttt even when it feels like life is crumbling i am frikin loving it. so for those who are struggling with something in their life (all of us) just know you're not alone! wake up every single day and set goals for yourself. be actively thankful for every struggle and every opportunity in your life. surround yourself with those who motivate you to be the best version of yourself every single day. and be the person your past self would be proud of! so cheers, here's to this amazing life that is nothing but a cluster of a beautiful mess!
