Despite the insanely humid weather here x singapore, i’ve decided to spice up my meal today🤤. being on a keto #omad
18/4, started the day with a green smoothie (kale, strawberries, lemon juice, plain greek yogurt, wheatgrass juice powder, collagen peptides, nutritional yeast & a pinch of sea salt) to maintain the potassium level (most important electrolyte).
my meal today is - dry chicken 🐓 curry sealed on stove top, wrapped with fragrant banana leaf for the finish in the oven. using natural herbs & ingredients with healing & anti inflammatory properties is key : coriander powder, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, marsala, freshly grated ginger, curry leaves 🍃, lemongrass, chili powder 🌶 & organic coconut milk - keto meals can be fun, delicious & nutritional too!
