trying to get some nutrients in today even though my stomach is crazy upset. 😷

boiled some apple, cinnamon, blueberries, and lavender (cause i’m extra) and mixed in my @siggisdairy
plain yogurt. blob of homade peanut butter, and a @nugonutrition
brownie crunch bar. .
any homemade remedies for an upset tummy? comment them cause lord knows i need it! 🤗
