I definitely felt my legs quaking after this leg day as I couldn’t film all the movements but you can look at other workouts to add to this. Can you feel it Mr. Krabs, can ya feel it? 🦀 🍑 You bet your peach you will. •

1️⃣ 1 leg RDL W/ plates. Staggered stance. 
2️⃣Elevated Dumbbell Squat SS/ W
3️⃣Calve raises W/ Dumbbell
4️⃣1 leg hip thrust (each leg) 
5️⃣Finish with a stretch to keep heart raise moderate but stretch out the hammies✔️.

Also highly recommend these leggings cuz they squat proof and make daaaa peach look gewdddd. Ily all have a b-e-a utiful Monday.
