This was before I murdered my 2.5 hour work out. The after pic.. not so cute. πŸ˜… I put in 35 mins of cardio.. 4x10 dumbbell presses, dumbbell inclines ..tricep extensions overhead tricep extensions.. squats.. leg extensions and leg curls. I love going to the gym when I’m not in a rush. You work out hard, you put in 3-5 hard sessions in the gym per week. You’re conscientious of your calories over the week. Then, on the weekends, maybe you relax a little too much. You eat way more than you should. What happens? You end up spinning your wheels. Your goal of shedding weight seems as far as ever.  If this hits a little too close to home, don’t worry. You just have to dial back just a bit on the weekends. Definitely enjoy yourself and be social. Being fit is supposed to enhance your life, not run it. Just keep your long-term goals in mind and maintain some discipline.  And if you do happen to go buck wild remember 2 things: First, you’re never more than one decision away from being back on track. So get back on the mission as soon as possible. Second, feeling guilty about it is a waste of time. Don’t focus on the past, concentrate on what you can do in the present.
