Happy workout wednesday 🙌🏼💕
sometimes you just don’t feel like going to the gym, life gets too busy, or if you’re up north you get snowed into the house!
here is an at home hiit workout that is a killer and will definitely get your heart rate up and burns some cals!
45 seconds on 15 seconds off, 4 rounds! = quick 16 mins workout! ✨10 high knees with burpee (literally lay down on the ground at the bottom of the burpee) ✨ v-ups (start with legs out and bring them in when you crunch upwards) ✨ in-and-out pulse squats (pulse 2x each) ✨ shoulder taps (get your b**t down) ✨rest 1 minute then repeat 3 more times! -
