ITS A HIIT WORKOUT 🍑‼️🏋🏽‍♀️ I did each exercise for 1 min each and did that 4X. What are HIIT workouts good for?!! You burn a lot of calories during the workout AS WELL as after (for a few hours actually) (due to excess post-exercise consumption), basically while you work out your body will metabolise fat for fuel during the workout AND after while your recovering it will tap into fat stores for then energy required to restore to normal resting rate. So basically great to build muscle, tone up and lose some weight‼️‼️‼️ I’m such a nerd I find this so interesting haha🤓😂hope some of you do too💜Let me know if you’ve given it a try and what you think‼️Also I do own other leggings then these, just like them😂

Guten Abend! 🌇 
Das Thema der Empathie schiebe ich nun schon eine ganze Weile vor mir her. Ich finde es ehrlich gesagt wahnsinnig interessant, aber gleichzeitig auch extrem schwer darüber was zu schreiben. 🤔
Die Definition von „empathisch sein“ wäre: „Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu besitzen, sich in die Lebenseinstellung oder momentane Situation von anderen einzufühlen.“
Grundlage für diese Fähigkeit ist die Selbstwahrnehmung. Je offener und emotionaler du bist und das auch zum Ausdruck bringen kannst, desto empathischer bist du, was wiederrum bedeutet, dass du dich gut in die Lage andere Personen versetzen kannst. Hierbei spielt es keine Rolle, ob Freude, Wut, Trauer oder Schmerz.
Für mich ist die Empathie einer der Grundpfeiler für das menschliche Zusammenleben. Empathisch zu sein ist für mich nicht schwer, das spiegelt sich denke ich auch in meinen Texten wieder.
Emotionen zu zeigen, egal ob Freude oder Tränen, das ist etwas was leider viel zu oft untergeht und mit der Zeit zu einem wirklichen Gefühlschaos oder Gefühlsausbruch kommen kann. Du brauchst dich für nichts zu schämen, lass deinen Gefühlen freien Lauf und sei wie du bist, nur so kommt dein wahres ICH zum Vorschein! 🙏🏻

well well well pulled out a blast from the past - one of my first times in the big boy weights section vs now!!
one of the most asked question I get is ‘how long did it take you to see change?’ and obviously every person is different but short answer for me is there’s almost exactly 18 months to the day between these two piccys..

as well as being one of my first times at the squat rack 😇 was alsooo a week or two into starting this lil account!! (& my first ever pair of @gymshark leggings aw cute throwback😭)
hadn’t done a transformation in a whileeee and it’s really nice to look back and reflect on the progress you’ve made as it is far from something that happens overnight
I can’t believe I didn’t see then how tiny I was - I also definitely weigh north of 10kg heavier in the second, and feel 10kg stronger *physically AND mentally*
