Sometimes you just don’t feel like going to the gym, life gets too busy, or if you’re up north you get snowed into the house! 
Here is an at home HIIT workout that is a killer and will definitely get your heart rate up and burns some cals!

45 seconds on 15 seconds off, 4 rounds! = quick 16 mins workout! ✨10 high knees with burpee (literally lay down on the ground at the bottom of the burpee) ✨ V-ups (start with legs out and bring them in when you crunch upwards) ✨ In-and-out pulse squats (pulse 2x each) ✨ Shoulder taps (get your butt down) ✨Rest 1 minute then repeat 3 more times! -

hiya🤚🏽old pic ftw . took a rest week for the first week of spring senates and as the week ended i started to get ready to go back and start a new program, got deathly sick friday and saturday and i’m finally starting to feel back to normal as of today. yesterday i went to the gym and finished one working set of squats and left bc i thought i was gonna pass out and/or puke (pro-tip; listen to ur body). proceeded to lay on my floor struggling to eat a lenny and larry’s cookie lol. i went today and had a great upper body session but now i’m feeling super anxious and disappointed in myself bc my appetite has been really low and i didn’t eat enough yesterday/today and it just has me feeling down. i know that it really probably shouldn’t be something to stress over but i really hope my normal appetite comes back within the next few days bc i’m not even really hitting maintenance and was planning to start a 4-5lb cut but i’m not going to start that until i feel comfortable with my appetite level (you might think; perfect timing! low appetite! but no, this is not what i want.. i want to know im 100% good before jumping into a fat loss phase)
