On September 5th, I failed to pull 475. I promised myself and everyone who saw the “fail” post that in 3 weeks, I would pull it. Well, I’m a little ahead of schedule, but as a big 🖕🏼 to 475, I pulled 480 today.

Sunday’s are for salads and sun and fun 💪🏽 we made it up early to eat breakfast because it was beautiful out and we wanted to soak in every minute of sun. Already not loving how early the sun is setting, but it definitely makes you appreciate the long summer days. Breakfast was a salad with @vitalfarms eggs and lunch was a salmon salad @costco

Heute mal kein extrem langer Text. Ich muss leider meine Hausarbeit fertig bekommen 😂 Die letzte Woche war nicht so toll. Wenn man jeden Tag nicht vor 5 Uhr schlafen geht und höchstens 4-5h Schlaf hat ist das nicht so optimal. Nicht nur auf den Sport bezogen. Aber es kommen auch bessere Zeiten, dessen man sich bewusst sein muss. Es gibt halt mal Phasen, in denen man im roten Drehzahlbereich arbeiten muss, um sein Ziel zu erreichen. Aufgeben ist aber selbst da keine Option! *Werbung *

Coucou ☺ je suis cet enfoiré qui ne mange qu'une fois par jour et quand il mange, t en a assez de ses stories pour que meme toi avec tes 14 tupperwears la journée ton armoire de compléments alimentaires et ton niveau qui reste figé comme un tetraplégique dans un ehpad, ai une sainte envie de me giffler fort 🙃

En effet à Lille comme tout ceux qui m'y voient le savent je m'entraine le matin à 9h. Je prend une pause à 12h je mange jusqu à 14h30 et de 15h à 23h je me tabasse copieusement avec ceux qui veulent. Tournant de personnes en personnes de groupe musculaires en groupe musculaires biensur sans shaker.👌🏾 Cette photo je l'ai prise hier, de 2 chose l'une :
Toi qui parles de catabolisme parce que je ne mange pas assez et m'entraine trop, regardes ton corps et tes skillz  et regardes les miennes. Ça y est t as fait le point?🤙🏾 Ensuite, je me tiens devant toi pour te dire que tu es le seul responsable de ta reussite ou de tes échecs gémir ne sert a rien qu'a fair pitié. Et la pitié comme l'espoir je la laisse à ceux qui en ont besoin👇🏾 Je ne me tabasse pas pour une compete, ma compete c'est ma vie.
