i'm far from stage condition, but my abs are still holding on in there! i'm currently maintaining at 119lbs... diet is flexible at 90%🌱/10%🍕
having visible abs is mostly down to diet, the shape is genetic, the definition is low body fat... ✔ when you're training always engage your core, imagine pulling your bellybutton in towards your spine. by actively engaging those muscles you will increase your core stability & strength and improve posture & form.
