“Everything in moderation including moderation itself”👀

Kinda really wish I had my abs back at the moment but kinda also just wanna be chill and enjoy life🤷🏼‍♀️
.
Sometimes you have to sacrifice certain things to reach certain goals. And as much as I preach “moderation” I keep leaning too far over to the chilled out side of things😂
.
It’s time to re-focus and reset my goals so I don’t completely undo all progress😂 I have another holiday in 4 weeks
.
But I also have a lot of events coming up in the next month so realistically I’m not gunna be able to make huge progress in regards to weightloss during that time
.
So instead of putting unrealistic pressure on myself to lose X amount of weight during that time, l’m just gunna be consistent where I can, push myself harder in my workouts along with increasing cardio, but I’m also gunna enjoy myself at events too, then I’ll just re-evaluate when I get home from holidays🤷🏼‍♀️
.
Sometimes your goal can just to maintain/go slowly and that is also ok. Remember this is a lifestyle not a diet 🙌🏼

That ending though 😂 I thought I would leave it in so you can see how I really feel after this workout 😝 Here is the superset I started my leg day with this fine Monday morning. Trust me, it is killer. As you can see, I am struggling to get out the last few reps ➡️ 8 bulgarian split squats on one leg, then drop the weight and go straight into 8 body weight. Repeat on the opposite leg 🔥 The main thing you need to do is focus on depth. I see so many people doing this exercise with a tiny range of motion. Get all the way down into the lunge and you’ll seriously feel it in your booty and hamstrings 😷 Wearing @adidaswomen at @easygym 💦 #zvdworkout #legday #gluteworkout #legworkout #gymgirls #girlswholift

Here is a shoulder warmup that I adore! For all of these I use a light weight resistance band and about 15 reps per move. I repeat this about three times.
1️⃣Face pulls🌼 -bring your arm back and squeeze your shoulder blades together-
2️⃣Arm raises🌼 -lift your arms above your head slowly, lift and roll your shoulders back so you don’t use your trapz-
3️⃣Lateral rotation🌼 -keep your arms at a 90 degree angle and rotate them outwards slowly-
