#legday was an extremely harse reality check for what went down the past 13 weeks... Nothing.. Absolutely nothing happened with leg day. I lost a lot of stamina, strength and muscle (which it normal).
I did 6 x 15 reps each leg step ups on the lowest steps you can find (fast up slow down), 6 x 10 bench squats (as per the clip) and other 4 x 10 - 15 reps of 3 other glute exercises with the resistance band.
Squats: At least my knees don't fall inwards going down and up, my movement is slow and controlled and hardly use any momentum to get up from the bench😁💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

Everything has gone to pot recently due to a family member being ill. I’m out of the country and sat in a hospital most days, eating randomly and drinking alcohol in the evenings to de-stress. Old Donna would have continued on a downward spiral, new Donna doesn’t. 
Today I started logging again, eating better, moving more #neatup247 and found the hotel gym. 
I did a brain straightening W/O and fee slightly saner for it
4 sets, 12 reps, superset using only dumbbells

Press-ups
Squats 
Chest press 
Hip thrusts with pause
Tricep Row 
Reverse lunges split squat
Lateral raises

So I eat it 😂🙌 If you saw my story yesterday you'll have seen that I ate A LOT this weekend.

I often get asked if I feel guilty when I eat something 'naughty' or when I overeat in general. To be honest, I used to struggle with this and it's not easy to overcome but it's possible to change these feelings by changing your mindset. 👉Don't exercise because you ate a lot.
👉Look at food as fueling your workout 
Rather than thinking 'Ok I need to go to the gym to burn off what I ate yesterday', I now think 'Right, this extra food should help me in the gym today'. Look at it as fuel and aim to smash out some personal bests and turn it into a positive rather than allowing yourself to feel guilty 💖

I've been really strict with food at times and I've also been really relaxed. I struggled a lot in the past with overeating then starving myself and restricting so these days if I crave something then I have it and move on. 🌟I enjoyed it
It won't ruin progress
It's ok to eat
You CAN treat yourself and get results🌟

Ismersz olyan embereket akiket az éltet, hogy másokat kibeszélnek, ócsárolnak, kétszínűek? Sajnos ez költői kérdés, ki ne ismerne ilyet. 😂

Én hála istennek messziről el szoktam határolódni az ilyen emberektől, viselkedéstől. Ahogy meghallom, hogy valaki mást kibeszél, tudatosan tovább állok, és nem asszisztálok hozzá. Mert felesleges energiát ölni a rosszindulatba.

A legrosszabb ha konditeremben történik, főleg ha egy edző ilyen. Az edzőterembe betérő vendégek gyakran célpontjaik az ilyen “embereknek”. Ha túlsúlyos, ha vékony, ha izmos, nyugodj meg mindig lesz nekik okuk arra, hogy fogást találjanak Rajtad.

Nem azokhoz üzenek, akik az efféle 6éves korban is gáznak számító viselkedéssel élnek együtt nap mint nap. Hisz ők ebből nyerik energiájukat, ez a szórakozásuk. Nem szabad rájuk haragudni, inkább sajnálni kell őket, hogy ezen a szinten ragadtak.

Azonban Neked viszont üzenek. Aki betér kedvesen , jó szándékkal egy konditerembe levezetni a fáradt gőzt, fogyni, izmosodni, kikapcsolódni, és pàr ember összesúg a hátad mögött. Mindig és mindenhol lesznek kétszínű, rosszindulatú emberek.. a lényeg, hogy Te ne válj olyanná.

Ne asszisztálj a pletykához, a kibeszéléshez, a rosszindulathoz. Távolodj el minden embertől aki ilyen primitív szinten van. Dícsérd a másikat, ne feltételezz a másikról élből rosszat, és fordulj szeretettel embertársaid felé. Ennyi csak az egész srácok. Szeretet, béke!❤️✌️
