I'm posting this to show that we all have our ups and downs when it comes to fitness... even if you're a personal trainer... on the left was from 4/25/17 & 125lbs on the right is today 10/15/18 & 139lbs.... over this past year i've been through some trials and tribulations... a bad car accident which took a while to recover from... and a divorce... i still worked out but stopped pushing myself... but now it's time for a change... no more excuses... it's never too late to get back on track... i hope this helps and motivates people 💜
