Trainer tip tuesday!!! primary lifts are essential for muscle development, but you can’t forget accessory lifts.
here we demonstrate just a few different ways you can #improveyourworkout
tricep pulldowns* focus on coming back to elbow height and pulling down with arms straight.
straight rows* making sure your core is engaged, bring both elbows back squeezing those back muscles.
curls* tired of dumbbells? the cable machine will offer consistent resistant through the entire lift.
overhead tricep extensions* just another way to use your triceps. make sure both elbows are neutral and about forehead level.
facepulls* my favorite way to hit upper back and posterior delts. focus on keeping your head straight, squeezing the upper portion of the back as we bring those elbows back. elbows stay elevated at all times.
