Например, начните заниматься на пару с другом/подругой, мужем/женой, мотивируйте друг друга и делитесь результатами.

Поставите себе ЦЕЛЬ. Прям запишите ее, подробно, что вы хотите: хорошую осанку, здоровую спину, плоский живот, шпагат и т.д.
И перечитывайте, когда мотивация будет падать. И почаще визуализируйте себя ту/того, кем вы хотите стать.

2️⃣ЛЕНЬ.
Да, к сожалению, много людей ленятся быть здоровыми и красивыми😔

Здесь ответ тесно связан с пунктом 1. Нужно ПРОСТО НАЧАТЬ, когда вы увидите свои первые результаты, поверьте, вы забудете о лени, вами будет двигать желание ещё и ещё. И, возможно, ЛЮБОВЬ К СПОРТУ.

Generalnie matka natura obdarzyła mnie dosyć długimi nogami i o ile pewnie gdybym startował w bikini fitness to byłoby to aututem, to aktualnie startuje w kulturystyce i nie jestem kobietą. Jak wiadomo im bardziej oddalone przyczepy mięśni tym ciężej nabudować mięsa i o ile uda na przestrzeni lat nabrały nieco rozmiaru, to łydek do dziś nie mogę rozbudować niezależnie od tego jak i jak często je trenuje. Czasami widząc je na zdjęciach idzie się załamać, ale z drugiej strony czy to jest aż takie istotne? Wielu zawodników (np. Cbum, Larry Wheels) zmaga się z podobnym problemem co nie przeszkadza im być niesamowitym w tym co robią, długie nogi wysmuklają sylwetkę co jest moim zdaniem istotne w k. klasycznej, a chude łydki powiększają optycznie rozmiar ud. Jaki jest przesłanie tego posta? Czasami warto spojrzeć z innej strony na swoje wady, bo może się okazać że patrząc z innej perspektywy stają się one atutem. 🤗🤗🤗

I’ve recently changed up my training. This week is the start of my new 8 week block and I’m really excited to see how the progress will flow 💫 Previously I have been training 2 days on 1 day off and repeat! Now it will be more on weekly basis - with 3 lower body sessions + 2 upper body! I’m sticking to the same exercises with a focus on improving my chin ups, getting stronger at hip trust & sumo deadlifts! I’ve also will track my calories for a while, just to establish where I can make adjustment! It’s also to make me more aware of all the snacking I’m doing 🙈 and also eating enough because I find if I don’t enough during the day it just ends with a binge 😖 Bring on the next couple of weeks! Summer is coming 😎

Guys i am girl who is suffering from PCOS where  gaining is very common. In 2016 my weight was 100kg and i also suffered from THYROID which made it very difficult for me to loose weight.
I had to face issues during my period where some days i have to go through such heavy flow that i couldn't even get out of my bed and some days i don't bleed at all. 
But still i didn't gave a fuck and i was on medication but as i didn't do any physical activity i was gaining more weight and the medication given to me was not working at all. 
From 2016 to 2018 i i was not at all concerned about the issue of PCOS and i was eating and eating but in 2018 and in the month of January i bleeded for 15 days i went to my doctor and he said you will have to loose weight and so i joined the gym in 2018.

Still i was not taking it seriously i always wanted to lift weights and i hate to do cardio and i was like koi baat nahi ho jayega.
.
But guys believe me from last month 4 January 2020 i am on diet and i am working out so hard and i think i becoming more stronger than Yesterday.
.
Now i am 75kg there is still more to loose but my dear girls let me tell you i am not telling you to become skinny and yes every body type should be celebrated but girls control your diet , go and work out and don't fall in love with yourself if someone calls you chubby. If you're chubby go work out loose weight and if you're skinny go workout and gain some weight.
.
Working out will not only make you physically stronger but it will also improve your mental health. Leave all  your bad habits and start your work out at least for an hour.
. 
So guys i thought of sharing my journey with you all so at least those girls/Women who think it is impossible to loose weight guys i was 100 kg's and let me tell you nothing is impossible and if you're fat go and join the gym or join any kind of sport to improve your physical health.

CHANGES:
How do bodies react?
Well, in many different ways as we are all different, but any sort of change in our life brings stress.
Since I've left UK in December it's been an amazing adventure, lots of travelling and exploring. Positive most of the times but not so easy and totally different than I expected. 
Being human, I was overthinking and stressing too much. Hence eating much more - and binging sometimes. Although I haven't changed my diet, the quantity of food I was eating was way higher than before and I was enjoying myself, prioritizing long walks to weight training and, of course, burning less calories!
So this is the result: 
Very bloated, water retention - irregular sleeping and eating patterns, not drinking enough water.
I've started to settle down just about 2 weeks ago, and you can clearly notice how my body has started to change. 
These photos are just 10 days apart.
Flatter abdomen and slimmer thighs, also sleeping pattern back to regular and tracking my calories again - cravings are pretty much gone. 
Keeping my long walks on point + back to training (slowly due to a minor injury!). But most importantly NOT Stressing and NOT rushing because as we all know SMALL PROGRESS IS BETTER THAN NO PROGRESS!

Changes:
how do bodies react?
well, in many different ways as we are all different, but any sort of change in our life brings stress.
since i've left uk in december it's been an amazing adventure, lots of travelling and exploring. positive most of the times but not so easy and totally different than i expected.
being human, i was overthinking and stressing too much. hence eating much more - and binging sometimes. although i haven't changed my diet, the quantity of food i was eating was way higher than before and i was enjoying myself, prioritizing long walks to weight training and, of course, burning less calories!
so this is the result:
very bloated, water retention - irregular sleeping and eating patterns, not drinking enough water.
i've started to settle down just about 2 weeks ago, and you can clearly notice how my body has started to change.
these photos are just 10 days apart.
flatter abdomen and slimmer thighs, also sleeping pattern back to regular and tracking my calories again - cravings are pretty much gone.
keeping my long walks on point + back to training (slowly due to a minor injury!). but most importantly not stressing and not rushing because as we all know small progress is better than no progress!

Tutto dipende da quella visione che ti sei immaginato, quella figura che hai sognato un giorno di essere. La strada non è sicuramente semplice, ma che gusto ci sarebbe se tutto fosse semplice?? A me piace sudarmi le cose, guadagnarle con sacrificio. Forse perché mai nessuno mi ha regalato nulla in questa vita, quindi ho sempre fatto affidamento su me stesso e le mie potenzialità. Adesso sto iniziando a raccogliere i frutti di tutto questo sudore, tutta questa costanza e determinazione ad essere quella figura che mi ero prefissato. Adesso guardo lo specchio e sorrido, sono soddisfatto del lavoro fino a qui, ma sto ancora lavorando e continuerò a farlo, per sorridere sempre di più, magari con gli occhi lucidi di gioia.
