as a professional athlete, you have to take your recovery seriously. i literally have a recovery team: weekly visits with @fightletics, who’s always taking care of the whole team.

🐧hamstrings are chronically tight for vast numbers of people, especially in today’s day and age with all of the sitting we do.
🐧now let’s mix it up a little, when the pelvis is loaded by the hamstring complex, it drags on the ischial tuberosity on either side. . 🐧so what do we do? we stretch the hamstrings, except, the problem is, the hip is already torqued into an anterior tilt, so unloading the hamstring complex simply provides more slack for more of an anterior tilt.
🐧you guessed it, the hamstrings get loaded again, and this continues. if you really want your hamstrings to free up, change two things:
1. abdominal strength
2. hip flexor pliability .
