💪🏼👴🏼: UPDATE ON TOM, because it’s Tuesday and I haven’t had any fresh videos for you the past couple weeks. I just got off the phone with Tom and he joked his age caught up to him! 🤣 All jokes aside, Tom is recovering at home from some recent health problems but sounded pretty good considering. His recovery seems to be going well and he hopes to be back soon so he can get back in shape for a cruise in December and his granddaughters graduation next next! Thank you for your sweet messages and notes and Tom is thinking of all of you too! ❤️❤️

Soooooo let's ignore the fact that we're having a heat wave in So. Cal and I'm eating soup 😂🍜, but I love soup for many reasons:
1. You can make extra for the week
2. It's great for getting rid of leftovers
3. I feel like a rebel when it clearly says

Try adding a Mini-Band to your bridging series while taking your feet shoulder width (instead of classic hip-width) to add resisted hip-abduction while bridging to really get those glutes firing!
