There’s more than one way to skin a cat! There isn’t a one fit all solution when it comes to training. Some are short in time, space, equipment, etc. Therefore, pick a variation that’s best for you! Here are a few that’s we use with our clients. 
Supersets- Alternate between two exercises rather than just doing one itself. This improves your metabolic capacity while building strength and muscle. This is a great way to train if your are short on time in the time or train before work. 
Circuit Training - Besides doing a normal set of 3 sets of squats and 3 sets lunges, you can combine them into a circuit and rest for a short period of time between the two. This way you can handle the same weight for the same total reps and time. 
Pyramid - This is a very common way of training. You will increase the weight after each set, make your stronger and providing a great way to increase muscle damage. This takes a little longer time but still very efficient for muscle growth. 
Drop Set - “The Pump” set, this is when you lower the weight after every set. We use this towards the end of our workouts after using big compound movements. 
It does not matter which style of training you like, just as long as you are training. They all have its pros and cons. Utilize all of these styles if you can.

Was craving a salad for lunch but needed some carbs after my workout so I tossed em’ in this big ole bowl 🙌🏻
It’s loaded with shrimp, brocolli, chickpeas, grape tomatos, sweet potatoe, fat free feta cheese & used TJ’s green goddess dressing🥗🥦🥑
Also had some cottage cheese & simple mills crackers because this girl is huuuungry💪🏻

And it’s wholly applicable since yesterday after posting in the morning about how cruddy I felt, @kate_inparadise and I ended up doing our full class before we taught it yesterday- circuits and all. I am SORE. And it feels SO good. Sometimes you just gotta kick your own ass. All of it. 😘
