Kicking off the week with these Raw Carrot Cake Cookies🥕
-1 cup raw walnuts
-1/2 cup raw pecans
-1/2 cup shredded carrots
-6-8 pitted medjool dates
-a few punches of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse until a dough-like consistency forms. Roll dough into balls, then flatten with a fork. Drizzle with melted coconut butter and store in the freezer! Enjoy💫

There is a common misconception that squats will give you a nice bum.

Squats are actually a quad dominant exercise. So you’ll build your thighs but only a little glute activation.

Hip thrusters on the other hand are the reverse. This exercise glute focused. Yep you are targeting the biggest muscle in the body directly.

There will be some other muscle groups involved with good activation around the hips. Also there are many different variations you can use.

HOWEVER when we want to be game changers. When we want to change our life for the better. When we want to GROW and gain a new abundance of self love, self confidence, and self belief, you have to take a step out of that comfort zone and do something new. Do something different. Do something that makes your heart beat a little faster than normal. Do something you’ve always wanted to do, that you’ve been putting off, but that you know will change your life INCREDIBLY 🙌🏼

I know that this works 🎉 This year I’ve finished university, I’ve got a new job, I travel into London every single day when this time last year I was crippled with anxiety at the thought of the underground. Not only that, I flew to another country on my own ✈️ the last time I flew, I sobbed, I was terrified of all the “what ifs”. So accomplishing the fear of airport security; sitting between strangers; going somewhere that I didn’t know... that gave me so much happiness and self belief that when I put my mind to it, I can do anything I want, and achieve GREAT levels of self belief 💕
