- 30 day raw vegan challenge. here are some quick views from what i ate/snacked on during day 3 of this challenge.
we’ve got some yellow dragonfruit, nectarines, lettuce, banana, peach, mango, tomatoes with chia ,flaxseeds,turmeric and poppy seeds on top. 😋😋
ps, dragon fruits are a great source of protein, vitamin c, iron, vitamin b2, fiber and more.
make sure you keep your plate colorful and kick it off with a large cup of agua.
also, for those who don’t know...going raw vegan means ... actually retaining the nutrients/vitamins from your plant based meal. food begins to lose its nutrients and enzymes once heated up to be cooked. so join us @v3gana @shelsyum @amesareneart @reneamesa
on this raw vegan cleanse... we are aiming for 30days... but you can try it out for as long as you want. 30 mins- 30 hrs- 3 days... eternity (we support you either way, lol)
