Llega el domingo y hay que cargar las pilas para disfrutar del ultimo día de la semana!💪💪
Te proponemos un desayuno fácil, sano y nutritivo😉

Algunos lo llaman Porridge pero son gachas de avena de toda la vida!👌
Necesitas:
Avena
Leche semidesnatada sin lactosa
Arándanos
Chocolate puro
Y algo para darle dulzura al día (jalea real, 2 cucharaditas de panela o miel) 🍯
En la variedad está el gusto y puedes echar los ingredientes que más te gusten: por ejemplo cambiar de fruta o jugar con distintos frutos secos
Si es que está rico de todas todas!😋 Solo debes hervir la leche ( medio vaso por persona) con la avena en un cazo y remover unos minutos.🕑
Despues añadir los ingredientes que más te gusten!
Aviso para navegantes, aunque es sano llena muuuucho!
Lo puedes hacer incluso el día anterior que tambien está rico frío! 
Empieza el dia melónmaníacos, por qué no arrancar cuidándote y dedicándote un agradable desayuno a ti? Buen domingo!

It’s great because you can cook a couple of days worth in one go to save yourself time in the morning and get those vital extra zzz’s and it contains about 40% of your daily calcium needs! Breakfast is SO important, not only is it linked with reduced stress and lower rates or overweight and obesity (as well as so much more), it is a great way to get calcium into your life! In this recipe I use reduced fat milk as well as a dollop of Greek yogurt. Speaking of dairy, ladies don’t be afraid to eat it!! While you may choose to not eat dairy due to intolerance or other reasons, if you’re cutting it out due to fear of weight gain, don’t worry!! There is evidence that increased dairy consumption can result in greater reduction in fat, waist circumference and a gain in lean mass, which is awesome! Sunday morning baking: Banana Oat Squares - perfect for breakfast, toddler and nutritionist approved. 
This is the easiest baking I've done to date. All you need are ripe bananas, oats, and almond butter.

Take 4 ripe bananas and mash them. Then mix in 2 cups of oats. Lastly, add 6 tbsp of almond butter. Mix together. Grease a baking pan, spread the batter evenly across the pan and bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. You can grease the pan with butter or coconut oil.
