HEALTHY PANCAKES!!!!
๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ‘
So I donโ€™t normally post about food, because Iโ€™d be posting all the time as Iโ€™m in absolute LOVE with food hahaha! But I experimented this morning and these have got to be the yummiest pancakes Iโ€™ve ever had!!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
*pancakes*
-2 x bananas
-2 x eggs
-3 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
-4 tbl spoons chia seeds
*compote*
-1 x green apple
-small handful blueberries
-2 x tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp rice malt syrup
-1 to 2 cups of water -Natural coconut yoghurt to serve

METHOD
-Mash the bananas and mix in the 2 eggs, chia seeds and protein powder
-Heat a small amount of coconut oil or organic butter in a pan and cook the pancakes
-Whilst these are cooking, dice the green apple and cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup of water
-Once the water has reduced, add the cinnamon, rice malt syrup, blueberries and rest of the water and cook til the water reduces til itโ€™s a syrupy texture

HOW TO PRESENT:
-Layer pancakes with coconut yoghurt in between and top with the apple and blueberry compote
