Mindset check-in: embrace whatever stage of your health & wellness journey you are in! here is my update!
👊🏼 the natural canada pro qualifier was 7 weeks ago so by now i have comfortably transitioned into a new fitness & lifestyle phase.
👊🏼 at this point, i’m not sure when i’ll be on stage again so i’m not training and dieting with a competition in mind but more so for fun, personal fulfilment, and physical growth!
👊🏼 while i’m currently staying fairly close to my meal structure from my coach, i am allowing some tweaks here and there and some desired treats as well as the cheat meals that are in the plan. i’m slowly moving away from being super lean and i’m good with it! i feel healthy and i feel satisfied with the current look of my physique, and i am prepared to put on more size in a healthy way over the next while.
👊🏼 i enjoyed creating my own workout plans for the month of august, but now i am on an exciting 5 week program from my coach incorporating blood flow restriction/ occlusion training! this is completely new to me and i’m finding it engaging and challenging so far, and i can’t wait to see the results!
👊🏼 overall, i’m happy with how this transition has been going. i feel comfortable with the changes, i’m prepared to grow, and i’m really enjoying my healthy balanced lifestyle ☀️
